I run. I run a lot. I swim a lot in the summer. I love to bike.
I don't care to lift weights.

I used to work out, but with a job and school, it gets tough. I do always try to run 3-5 miles a day and jump rope for at least 30 minutes.

Has anyone ever tried a thermogenic (fat burner)? If so, what kind? I was thinking about trying Super HD by Cellucor. Also, what kind of protein does everyone like or use? I try to get Whey a lot but I'm taking something different now. Preworkout?

Yeah so I'm trying to train for a half marathon in October and have no idea how to go about training for it. Anyone have any helpful tips?
And Jgrubs I use none of that so I'm no help at all, when it comes to stuff like that I'm clueless

Ive never used cellucor products though I only have taken C4 for cellucor products but I'm off it right now. Dusty all I can say is run everyday and keep pushing yourself.

I row so I do cardio but not running per say. I've just been starting out by running 3 miles for five days a week then bump it up a mile each week til I reach 15 miles

But you seem to be doing great already. 3 miles can be tough for some people. Hell, one mile is tough for some.

Idk why but I can never seem to sweat when I'm working out. I bust my a** too just don't sweat. My workout partner does and always jokes that I'm not working hard lol. Any reason why?

I don't know dude, but that's kind of odd. You should be drinking a lot of water though, because a proper intake of water is good for the body. You need to be hydrated when working out. Some people don't sweat as much as others though. Does this happen all the time or has it been just recently?

But I'm not too sure. I notice when I do like supersets/tri sets I sweat since I'm constantly moving but I don't want to always do that since I'm on a routine now. Just bought a quick adjust grip strengther. Basically the thing you just keep gripping to work out your forearms.
It has an adjustment with great resistance between 20-90 pounds!
