deadlift is THAT lift but it kill u I still need work to do though. I ultimately want to lose the lower stomach fat that i have. My abs are noticeable but need them to pop more. So tips or suggestions are much appreciated (going on vacation in 2.5 months, and then my brothers bachelor party in Aug! ) Kristina, if you have any pointers lmk!

Tips for deadlift? I think best video i have seen it is this : Yes it says to beginners but this really helped me to fix my deadlift strenght

It just depends what you all want. I think that’s a good goal. I’ve always like maintaining how I’d look all year round. Ideally I’d like to cut a few lbs but it’s hard with that dad life now lmao.

Do you guys prefer working out with a partner or solo? To me both have positives/flaws. I feel like a partner pushes me more and i ultimately workout harder but also, subject to longer lifts and certain workouts that they may or may not want to do. Solo i feel like i can crank out a workout quick while working hard and i can do whatever lifts i'd like, but if i catch myself slacking i don't have that person to tell me to crank out 5 more reps.
