One of my best friends is a personal trainer/fitness instructor so he's helped me out a lot with my routine and form. We like to try a lot of different workouts but what I wrote up there is a pretty standard routine for us. Saturdays are the most varied with different workouts. Also I just jumped into his routine and the power lifting philosophy, he works with a bunch of other people who have different goals. I'm really lucky to have him to talk anything and everything fitness.

I'm still not fully into supplements. I really only do protein shakes and that's not every time

Yeah I empathize with that thought process, but it's always good to try new things. After taking them I feel more vigorous and have more energy(probably a redundant sentence)

That's really good man!
My body dead lifts more than squatting but it's all about the muscles in the body. So it's perfectly fine if you squat more.

(lifting is always an issue for me) It's not a big deal. I think it is more common to have a higher deadlift than squat but it all depends on how much and what you've worked out in the past. I have a higher squat number now because I had an injury that kept me from deadlifting. Over time your deadlift should just naturally pass your squat.

Thanks guys, it's just weird to me. I hope I can improve my deadlift, over the last year I didn't really could do weights and now that I had a month of holidays I did really improve. Today I snatched almost half my bodyweight it was awesome.

I like to test myself on leg press since its my second favorite leg workout(underneath dead lift).
I usually leg press 495 about 10 times.
