I just realized that all game, Jhon was just less concrete with me about what he wanted. He was more difficult to read and held his cards close to him all game. I was pretty much stuck with two perceived pairs: Magnum/Jhon & Briq/Vova. I feel like Jhon was playing more of a multifaceted game and that it would have been easier for him to go with Briq/Vova if the opportunity arose. And as much as I keep telling myself that this game only comes down to comps from here on out, I realized that social standing still had a lot of influence in how I made my decision.
The reason why I wanted to keep Magnum, despite him being a challenge comp, is that I think I have a better chance going to the F2 with him if he somehow made it to the F3 and won that final HOH. Or, at least, I think I have more to work with if I need to convince him. Ironically, out of the other people in the final five, I was closer with Briq/Jhon rather than Magnum and Vova. Which made my nominations even more difficult. But, I have been with Briq all game. Almost literally. I think from round one we started an alliance. I felt more loyal to Briq than I did to Jhon...even though I know that doesn't mean much since I'm still convinced everyone and their mother made an alliance with Briq.
But yeah basically I chose Jhon because I think he was playing a very very safe game, and I'm still convinced he threw that comp, and I didn't really trust our alliance and I thought he would just let Magnum steamroll the rest of the game and take him to the end. Did I make the right choice? I don't know and I don't really care smilesmile

Here's my strategy going into this round now that magnum is hoh. Now it's basically me vs Briq and vova for that final power of veto. My first priority is to win that challenge and take myself to F3. If I don't win and if im on the block post veto, my argument to the voter will be that I can beat magnum at the F3 HOH and that if they save me I'll take them to the F2. I kept magnum because I was banking on him winning this HOH which means he's not a voter and he wouldn't be able to give into the temptation of getting rid of me as his only comp threat. Now the other two basically need me to compete in the final hoh because clearly they cannot win against magnum. I know I can beat him. Not that I know I will but I nnow I can. That's a huge argument for me to stay if they don't want magnum to steamroll the final hoh. Hope I can either win or that my strategy works!!

OK, I am putting my strategy into motion.
I don't feel super confident about the POV. I'm kinda mad at myself that I didn't put together a spreadsheet of game events and facts. I know there is bound to be a competition like that somewhere down the line. But the reality is, I'm way too lazy for that. I actually thought about making a spreadsheet with a bunch of this information (who participated in comps, who won comps, vote counts, etc etc etc). All that basic sh*t. If I had done that, I'd have been way more prepared for this. I THINK I DID OK for how prepared I was. I just hope that Vova and Briq are not as prepared. I think Briq maybe did similarly to me. He said he got a few wrong. I'm PRETTY SURE I got at least one (meaning at least two) wrong. I think its Jhonmarco. I just...couldn't figure out where to put him. Ironically, I also had trouble with myself LOL.
Anyway, I know that if Briq wins POV, he'll take himself off, and I just need to keep going with him as if we're going to F2 so that I can get him to vote out Vova. I don't think Vova will win, but then again you NEVER KNOW. He might. He's not dumb. He just hasn't won yet. So my strategy is still gonna be the same for Vova and Briq, and that it's that Magnum put me up because I'm his biggest competition and he just wants to steamroll Briq/Vova. ALSO, if Vova is the voter, I wanna let him know that Magnum thinks Vova is the biggest jury threat, and that he def has a deal with Briq and would take Briq over him. With Briq, I just have to hit it home that if we wanna be F2, we need to be at our best in competitions come the Final HOH, and that his best shot going to F2 is to have him and me compete against Magnum rather than him and Vova compete against Magnum. That will work if Briq doesn't have a legit F2 with Magnum, but I really don't think he does.
So... then there's the Magnum angle. Magnum nominated me. But I approached him today and asked if he would consider changing the nominations if he won POV. He said he definitely would, as long as I promised him F2. I'm soooo happy that I've been able to have a GOOD game relationship with Magnum, despite nominating eachother several times and being each others biggest competition. In the end, the fact that we're so chill with each other helps a lot. I really think we're on the same page here and that we're both scared of each other, but we also wouldn't mind going to F2 with each other for the sole fact that we've been the challenge beasts in this game, and that Briq/Vova haven't really had to do that much in terms of how the game was driven. I think Magnum and I are really really similar, and I would not mind going to F2 with him at all. So, yeah I promised the hell out of F2 with Magnum.
If Magnum wins, I think there *is* a good chance that he uses the veto on me, and lets me cast the vote. THAT IS SMART FOR HIM because it subtly takes the power off of him and puts it onto me. And it also makes me evict another person. Its SMARTER for him to want me to rack up those evictions, because it can sting to get evicted with a single vote (like I did with Jhon). I don't think I have that great of a shot at Jury, to be honest. I think I have James's vote and that's pretty much it, lmfao. ESPECIALLY if I betray betray Briq (either in the F3 or the F4). I WOULD FEEL TERRIBLE about betraying Briq, btw. But I... also have kinda wanted to go to the F2 with Magnum for a little while now. Even though Briq has been pushing this F2 with us for a long time, so far its just ALL TALK and no action, so I can't fully trust it, no matter how genuine he is. If Magnum takes me off this round, I'd very likely take Magnum to F2 because he would have acted. Magnum and I have nominated each other, but we've also taken actions to save each other. We both spared each other in nominations before. We do work together, in this round about way. It's so odd, but I REALLY like the journey that Magnum and I have been on in this game. Its CRAZY because I definitely talk to Magnum way *less*, but I think when we do talk, it means way more. I really wish we had been working together since the beginning, and that this mega alliance from the start of the game didn't cloud our initial strategy talks.
Briq... I have been with him SINCE THE BEGINNING. I have talked to him THE MOST. But as horrible as it sounds, I don't think our alliance has ever been tight tight tight tight, because of the other options I know Briq has had. I would LOVE to go to the F3 with Briq, but I don't know if I want to go to the F2 with him. My ideal F3 for a while has been Magnum, Briq, and Me, but I've been wavering between who I actually want to sit next to. I don't know if I have a shot. I might have the underdog story in terms of newbie status and social standing, but I've been dominant in comps and I've LIED A LOT. I HAVE LIED and I continue to lie. I'm usually VERY loyal to my alliance, but I just don't feel like I had a super tight alliance in this game. So yeah, I'm continuing to lie and play every angle. Its different for me because I'm getting scared of getting caught up in my lies.
We'll see what happens. Either way, I'm happy with how I've played. Now I just hope I come through with this POV or Magnum comes through and he is a man of his word and takes me off and I get to vote out Vova. Pls God make my dreams come true.

From earlier: I'm PRETTY SURE I got at least one (meaning at least two) wrong. I think its Jhonmarco. I just...couldn't figure out where to put him. Lolol Yep! That's the one. I thought I got jhonmarco wrong cuz I knew he didn't participate in that first live veto. But everyone else fit, so I just stuck Jhon in that #8 slot. Who knew I would be "right" Can't believe I mixed up james and Cole. I f*ckin knew james wasn't unanimous because I voted for alad that round. Why da f*ck I switch them? I didn't even realize i got that confused. I coulda had a perf score without that dumb mix up. But the host mix up makes up for it. What would a Challenge win from phil be without a little controversy amirite?

SOOOOO I voted to evict Vova and this is the first time I thought I *could* potentially have made a bad move, while knowing it could be bad. I only say that because I think I would have beaten Vova. I THINK there is ~definitely~ room for me to get to the F2 with either Magnum or Briq. But had I eliminated Briq, I think I would have had a better shot at getting to F2 with either Magnum or Vova. Because I just can't see those two taking each other. AND IN A WAY I THINK MAGNUM/BRIQ could definitely take each other. So yeah, I think getting Vova out is a little risky, BUT I think betraying Briq was riskier. I've already betrayed so many people, and I'm pretty sure Vova expected this anyway.
Plus, my ideal F3 has been Me/Briq/Magnum for a whiiiiiiiiiiile now, so I actually was able to get it done! Holla!

OMG!
This...Final HOH challenge...Part 1.. I think is working beautifully for me.
OMG I WAS JUST SENDING THEM MESSAGES ABOUT HOW I WAS GONNA HAVE TO DROP SOON. And then while the messages were sending, the board glitch happened and I was out anyway.
The whole controversy surrounding Magnum/Briq either continuing in the challenge or not is actually really beneficial for my game! I can tell that Briq is really mad about the decision, and Magnum is gonna be stubborn and continue. THIS MEANS THEY WANT TO BEAT EACH OTHER AND NOT ME.
THIS MEANS THEY .. ACTUALLY WANT TO TAKE ME TO F2?
Magnum told me there's no way he's not taking me if he wins. The fact that he's fighting so hard is ... amazing. I LOVE IT.
Plus...Magnum kind of looks bad in the thread. I SIDED WITH BRIQ because it seemed fair. But like, I can support the hosts decision to move on..because... I THINK THERE IS DRAMA TO ENSUE. ESPECIALLY IF BRIQ LOSES. If Briq loses this, I'd be soooooo tempted to throw part two and let Briq have another shot at Magnum. Because honestly if there is resentment over this challenge, there's a good chance they'll actually take each other out.
I mean ... it would be beneficial for me to pit them against each other even more.
I THINK MY PLAN IS WORKING PERFECTLY?
I'm so scared its not though, so I'll just have to keep doin what I'm doin and just ... keep playin!

As it stands right now, if you were to win HoH, who would you take to the final 2?

Probs Briq. I honestly don't know if I'd win against him or not. BUT I think I stand a good chance against either. I know my game inside and out and I know I can argue my moves, my decisions, and my situation every round. I know I have a cohesive story to tell. TBH I don't know that Briq has that. He's played a good game, but I don't know if he'll be able to articulate it into a compelling story. I *KNOW* I can do that for my game. So, tbh, I'd be confident going into the Finals with either of them. Briq has friends on the jury, I believe. I don't think I have as many friends, but I think my game is partially built off of that fact. I'd probably chose Briq over Magnum because Briq and I have been working together for the entire game. Magnum and I have been hot and cold. Magnum will be annoyed if I vote him out, but I think he'd get it. I think I could still earn his vote. Briq would be more angry if I voted him out.
Likewise, if Briq won and voted me out, I think I'd give him a hell of a time and I think I could turn part of the jury against him. I might have to pull a BBCAN3 Sarah and threaten someone if I don't win that Final HOH. lolz. smilesmile

Noooooooooooooooo *gasp* oooooooooo!
This always happens to me. I f*ck up the final comp.
Now I have to hope my strategy works.
I've been playing online games for over a decade. I've won several survivor and big brother games. I've only lost in finals one time. Every single time that I've made it to the end, I've had to win my way there. I've never ever been taken to the end.
The number of times that I'm voted out right before finals is greater than the number of times I've made finals. I need to break my own personal record and be taken to the finals for the first time in history.
Both magnum and Briq have told me they are taking me. I'm so scared they're not, though.
Go me. I can work it, right?

YEAH So I'm drunk right now, unfortunately............. so im probably more pissed than I would be otherwise..puni ntended.
NOT A GOOD NIGHT TO FIGHT MY WAY TO THE FINAL TWO.
I know I was better than both of them. I had a SOLID game plan for the *entire* game, and I made sh*t *happen* Magnum is sitting there like a dumb clueless player at the final f*cking three deciding who to take.
THIS ALWAYS HAPPENS. THIS ALWAYS HAPPENS. THIS ALWAYS HAPPENS.

Listen, y'all! Ima need to take some time to process this jury questioning business. I know what Ima ask RQ but Ima have to dissect these answers RQ, because I'm already going so crazy from reading these blanket statements that are so inaccurate! It is making my blood boil right now. Basically My reactions to Briq's opening statement and answer to Cole: x100

Since we can't really discuss what's going on in the audience thread or whatever, I'm going to leave various commentary around my Diary Room. Because I can't not be annoying. I'm really perturbed that one of Briq's biggest moves is actually one of *my* biggest moves (and also a move that Jhon tried to take credit for in the audience thread winkwink). Let's take a look at Briq's answer: "2.) The week cole put up james and phil. Phil told me about his DPOV when cole won POV and phil said he was going to use it and put up magnum. So I told you to tell cole to use his POV to save phil then you told cole and he put up Alad. That was huge because if phil used the DPOV, magnum was getting voted out over james." Let's take a look at various confessionals I had throughout that round, shall we? Flashback to when I decided to reveal my DPOV to Briq and Vova: "i am using this [DPOV] as leverage to get information smilesmile" Flashback when I needed to come up with a plan to get off the block: "Currently, i am trying to see if they will try to get cole to take me off and put someone else up in my place. LOL. i am serious, i do want to guilt trip cole into doing it, HAHA. if he can put up a rando, then i can keep my veto." Flashback to when I put my plan into action: "lol a testament to my laziness: i just sent briq and vova on a task to find out if cole would be willing to take me off the block, and try to get him to do it. since i'm too lazy to campaign for my own damn self. truth. believe it." Flashback when I threaten to use my DPOV in order to get what I want: "Then I threaten to use it and risk it going to waste if i dont come off the block. they better work something to get me off the block. then i wont play the DPOV and "they can keep it" for later. LOL. but I also tried to entice Briq/Vova enough with the DPOV and said the only way I'm keeping it in play is if I'm taken off the block. I seriously don't know how likely it is that they would try to find a way to get me off, but I'm trying to play to their greedy side right now, because they clearly see the benefit of me being on their side with the DPOV." Flashback to when my plan actually f*cking worked: "This is amazing. Omg I think I just made a big play to save myself! With the assists going to Briq and/or vova. Lulululuz. I knew I could use my DPOV as a bargaining chip somehow." Flashback to when Briq think's that was one of his best moves: " "

MORE BRIQ FRUSTRATIONS! ARGH! More annoying DR complaints. I don't understand how his "influence" of suggesting that I put up Kaitlyn during week three is even relevant. He and LITERALLY EVERYONE ELSE besides Kaitlyn suggested to put her up. So what do I do? I put her up so she can win POV and I can replace her with Magnum! Who wins POV? ME. Who messes up the comp? KENNY! Who is a paragon of justice and points this error out to Kenny in order for Kaitlyn to win and take herself off, thus completing the mission of getting Magnum against YM? ME. Yet Briq thinks he can count his mere "suggestion" of putting up Kaitlyn as a "big move" in the final f*cking two of this game?
