Really? I thought the cast was the best they've had in a long while. You're obviously entitled to your opinion though.

Like Jeff said at the reunion, I like how everyone came to play minus a very small few. Usually I wonder whether half of the cast was even trying very hard.

Blood vs. Water has been the best since Heroes vs. Villains and since Micronesia before that. The cast on this one was just very lackluster to me. I guess since I've been with Survivor since Day 1 my expectations are very high.

Because I'm pretty sure you've dissed Philippines and Gabon which are two of the best newbie casts I've ever seen.

This season had some great characters/castaways in: Tony, Trish, Kass, Spencer, Tasha, Morgan, Woo, and even Sarah/LJ to an extent. Early boots like Brice, David, and Garrett were all memorable as well. I remember BVW having only one truly shocking premerge TC, Cagayan had at least 3. Cagayan also had so many more feasible winners compared to BVW with LJ, Tony, Trish, Spencer, Tasha. BVW mostly had Tyson, Cierra, and Hayden. I think it's just your particular taste, because most havebit in their top 10s. Not to say you are wrong for that in any way.

I'm all about the blindsides and the shock factor (like last seasons rock draw, or the Samoa comeback), but seeing that these people were always too dumb to get Tony out is not my choice of great tv. Yeah it was great to see Spencer try and win, but I think it was pretty obvious that he wasn't going to be in the final 2. And the pre-merge was decent, but not memorable to me.

I think that comes down to how you feel towards the villain then. I remember you saying how you loved Tyson and I always wanted to see him get voted out, lol. Still loved both seasons and they've both provided us with great moments and future returning players.

Survivor: Blood vs. Water would have been much better if Tyson didn't have so much control over the entire season. Same goes with Cagayan, however, without Tony I don't know how great the season would have been because he had to do with a lot of the changing in outcomes at tribal, even if he was annoying.

Haven't seen every season, but as of now I'd probably be guessing Worlds Apart would be between 11-15.

1) Cagayan 2) Micronesia 3) Blood vs Water 4) Panama 5) Gabon 6) Borneo 7) Worlds Apart 8) Cook Islands 9) Australian Outback 10) Redemption Island
My rankings so far of all the seasons I've seen. I don't see anything overtaking Cagayan for the number one spot, unless Cambodia is absolutely amazing. I didn't like TAO as much as a lot of other people because I thought it was predictable and TBH I didn't really like the cast that much. It had some likable people like Rodger, Colby, Tina, Varner, and Elizabeth, but everyone else was meh. I don't think Tina is a top-tier winner either.

You think SJDS is that bad? its probably better than worlds apart and all stars tbh I'd put it above Micro and BvW too imo. They're both too game centric, while SJDS is a lot more about characters and story arcs.
