I came into this game expecting to be voted out very early, despite the pre-game alliances that I made with people like Dewie, Holly, Stan and Alaina who I did not believe would actually be on my side throughout most of the game. And yes, I did get voted out early, ha ha. But I came back and I don't see being voted out for a day as a big deal at all. If you guys want to discredit my game for that, then so be it, but I honestly think that this game is full of twists and turns and I think Holly getting evicted and me coming back was karma. Holly didn't even try and she stayed over me, so I think I fully deserved to come back. But to each their own. I won't go on any more about that.
Once I returned into the game, I knew that I needed to win competitions to make it far into the game. Something I'm now aware of since being the outsider in a forum game, it's extremely hard to make it much farther than a week based on relationships and strategy when 90% of the cast wants you out and doesn't want to even try to help you out or make a deal. I talked to every single person in this house, 80% of the time because I initiated a conversation. I tried constantly to make alliances that could help me in making it farther into the game. Every week I tried to get Jimmy, Alaina, Outlast and Stan to turn on the massive alliance that was consuming all of my allies because I felt like they were the most likely to hear me out, and they did, but I still wasn't able to make a solid alliance. Some of you might think that all I did was compete and win and that's why I'm here, and honestly, that is why I'm here. But at the same time, I firmly believe that I tried harder than anyone in this cast to make sure that I had allies or votes or a chance in this game without winning competitions. I worked every angle I possibly could and for a good amount of the game, I did this by myself, but it never worked out. It always ended in deals that went nowhere or no deal at all.
It's easy for someone who had allies this entire game to frown upon someone's gameplay because they had no allies and won their way to the end, but I had no choice. Now in the end, why should someone be discredited for trying their hardest to win but not getting the chance to play strategically, when people who had a massive alliance that controlled the game get tons of credit. I had to adapt and play a completely different game than I did in Big Brother 1 which involved winning every competition I could to make sure I had control of what happened. I think what I excelled at in this game that makes me deserving of winning is the fact that I never gave up (even when I pretended I gave up) and I never stopped trying to advance myself in this game. But when you're given nothing in return, you can't do anything else but make the moves all by yourself and that's what I did. I hope that you all can respect that and sorry for the long intro...

Hey guys, I’ll try to keep this around the same length as Nate’s speech or under. (That didn't really work out haha)
Unlike Nate, coming into this game, I felt pretty comfortable about my position to be honest. I knew people didn’t see me as a big threat, I knew there were bigger fish to fry. Kenny, Nate, Enchilada, Stan, just to name a few were people I felt would be targeted before I was even on people’s radars at all. The only problem was that I was in an alliance from the get-go with 3 of those 4 guys. And then the pairs twist hit. Being paired with Enchilada in the 1st week, I knew if we didn’t win HOH, I could easily go home. With Dara in power, I wasn’t at all surprised when I landed in the nomination chairs.
Now obviously, a big part of Nate’s game is that, by complete honesty, in no way belittling what Nate did in this game, if Holly just shows up and says “Hey, I’m here!”, he would not be here. I can’t dog on Nate too much for this, because I probably wouldn’t be here if Enchilada doesn’t pile up a bunch of crap onto a picture snowman.
Just by the way I feel the perception of me goes, I feel like the biggest misconception that you guys have about me is that I got to the end based on stuff like the Enchilada thing happening all the time. That I got carried to the end by a big alliance that had control of the house for a long portion of the game. Did we control the house for a bit? Yeah, I think we did. Is that the reason I’m here sitting in front of you guys? Not at all. I tried just floating around in FvF, and I got cut pretty quickly once the merge hit. Learning from that, I knew I wasn’t gonna get by on the Brotherhood alone. I knew the alliance was gonna eventually implode, the personalities just didn’t mesh.
So I worked on getting as many relationships as I could with other people. I had sides with Dewie and Holly early, and I knew I could always go to JC and Nate, because they were scrambling for votes almost every round. I wanted to pull Ashley in eventually, but then I basically Tyson’d here out of here, which is a mistake that I regret among others. I did attempt to make moves in the game, and just like Nate’s situation, either people wouldn’t listen or somebody (mainly Kenny/Nate or their allies) would win a competition. I wanted Kenny out before he actually left because I felt secure with others. I wanted Nate out a LONG time ago, but I kept giving up competitions by an inch or two (this happened two or three times, Nate didn't dominate them all).
By Final Six, I had a deal with everybody to go to Final Four, with most to go to the end. That vote was my toughest decision in the game, and I still don’t really know if I made the right choice by evicting Jamie, it all worked out in the end I guess, but the way I went about it is something I regret a lot.
I feel like I’m rambling a little bit, so I’ll end this now and hope to better explain myself with my question answers. Was I some sort of Big Brother mastermind all game long? No. Did I get carried here by an alliance? No. Did I try to play this game and have my “big move” in case I was sitting here in front of you guys? Yes, but it just didn’t really work out that way. Without that, I played this game honestly and I played this game as loyally as I could to get myself here. Nate wouldn’t be here if he just lost a veto or HOH or if Holly just showed up for a couple minutes. Thank you guys, and I hope I can explain myself a little bit better with my question answers, ask away.

Alright let's get this show on the road Outlast: I said this entire game that you were someone to watch out for and that you were a major threat, even if you didn't really appear to be and I was kind of scoffed at by the people who I told. You stayed under the radar and you did it well… but I need something else. We are crowning a bb all-star here. We had a pretty long talk. You had opportunities to branch off from your alliance and make moves and quite frankly I think that taking that alternate path would have taken you to the same place you are here today. Like you just said above, you wanted to pull me in and I knew you were trying to by the conversations we were having previous to my eviction. Then you put me on the chopping block… and you evicted Jamie, which was another opportunity for you to break off. I guess I'm just wondering what the thought process was behind your decisions. Convince me otherwise that you weren't just a pussy and you had your strategic reasoning haha Nate:

Outlast name one move that you initiated yourself in this game and please do not say using the lava veto on Dewie because he would have been voted out either way.
Nate I don't feel like you deserve to be here to be honest. Like Outlast said all Holly needed to do was show up for a couple of minutes and you would not have even made the jury. But since Holly or Alice or whoever that guy is decided to leave you are sitting there in the final 2. With all of that being said I do think that you played a great game once you came back. So now my question to you is why do you think you deserve the win over Outlast? Be brutally honest here.

To each of you. I want you to pick a song for each member of the jury. No explanation needed, the song lyrics should do the talking. Obviously put the YouTube videos of the songs in your post.

Nate: Since I will go down as the only player to ever evict you under my crowned HOH in the Big Brother House, I want you to tell me why I truly am the Greatest of All-Time and the qualities you admire of the GOAT. (Please answer, Serious question)
Outlast: I want you to tell me why you have played a better game than Nate and why you deserve to be the winner of Big Brother: All Stars.
Thanks.

Actually Nathan I finally thought of something.
From one two time winner to possibly another… why do you deserve that title? A large part of this game is adapting. I feel like coming into this game and coming into this game as a winner are two very different experiences. Coming into the game as a previous winner there must have been some thought process behind how you could change your gameplay or the way you talked to others and presented yourself to make yourself not so much of a target, which obviously you failed at… but what was your plan nevertheless?

Outlast,
I would like for you to inform everybody your thoughts, and what you did for EACH week since day 1 regardless if you were helpless one week or if you were a master the other, I want full details of your all star process. This includes who you made alliances with and when you broke them off for those weeks
Nate,
I find it hilarious we had an "alliance" PM ever since uc8 but we still never fully trusted each other. We kept in arms reach and wanted each other out from the get. Anyway, I would like to wonder, since you were brought back, name me 3 things strategically you did besides winning comps. This relates to convincing people to vote a certain way or convincing someone to convince another to vote.
Whoever answers best will receive my vote.

Nate - In your long... long... plea, you stated that you made pre-game alliances with me, stan etc. I do not feel like I had a pregame alliance with you so if that is what you did with the rest, you are the worst at making alliances. I think we talked once and it was like "Hey, I hope I make jury".. "yea me too". I feel like you could have tried a lot harder to make relationships than you did (with me at least), and to be honest your biggest downfall would be that your main allies are no longer the cool kids in these games. So with that being said, did you have any social game to speak of this game? I do not see one.
Outlast - I really dont know what you did this whole game except hide in a big alliance. What makes you different from what Jon did on Survivor Fans vs. Favorites where he got torn up by the jury? If Nate hadn't been evicted once already I do not think you would get a vote in this jury.
