Hello tributes! And welcome to the first ever challenge games!
Now I am sure you are all wondering how this game will work, fear not! I am going to tell you right now so pay attention, this is important.
Gameplay
Every few days, permitting any unforeseen circumstances, I will post that a mission is available. Once I post that a mission is available, every tribute still in the game is responsible for contacting either myself or JC through PM in order to do the mission. From the time I post that the mission is available, everyone has 48 hours to get the mission done (barring special circumstance that will be announced by me or JC). If you fail to get the mission done within 48 hours you will be DQ'd for that mission and very likely will be headed to a deathmatch (will be explained keep reading).
After the 48 hour deadline is up or everyone has done the mission, whichever comes first, I will be posting the results of the mission on a different thread in scoreboard form. The scoreboard is just a way to display the results of each mission and the results will not carry over between missions (there is no running scores). With the results, a career circle will be formed. The career circle is the top 3 finishing tributes on a given mission. Along with a career circle there will be a bottom 2 (the two tributes who finished last in the mission). The career circle will then have approximately 24 hours to talk among themselves (in a PM I will send out) and decide on 2 additional tributes to join the bottom 2 in the deathmatch pool. IF THE CAREER CIRCLE CANNOT COME TO A UNANIMOUS DECISION ON 2 TRIBUTES TO SEND INTO THE DEATHMATCH POOL, THE BOTTOM 2 GET TO PICK WHO THEY WOULD LIKE TO BE ADDED TO THE DEATHMATCH POOL, IT CAN INCLUDE TRIBUTES FROM THE CAREER CIRCLE. Once there is a pool of 4 tributes in the deathmatch, the tribute who finished the highest in the respective mission will get to pick their opponent from the deathmatch pool, essentially making the other matchup as well.
Example Mission Results:
1. Kenny
2. Dewie
3. JC
4. YM
5. Matt
...
23. ILikeBugs
24. GrandpaSurvivor
The career circle of Kenny, Dewie, and JC elect to vote YM and Matt into the deathmatch pool, joining ILikeBugs and GrandpaSurvivor in the pool. Since YM finished the highest he gets to choose his opponent. YM Chooses ILikeBugs.
Deathmatches:
YM vs. ILikeBugs
Matt vs. GrandpaSurvivor
How the Deathmatches will work:
A deathmatch is essentially a 1 on 1 elimination. Once the deathmatches are set, Kenny will announce if it is a live or a non-live deathmatch. If you are involved in a deathmatch it is the tribute's responsibility to PM Kenny to learn what they have to do. If it is a live deathmatch, it will probably work best if a PM is made to include Kenny and the two tributes facing off in the deathmatch. Kenny is responsible for all eliminations, please do not PM myself or JC for an elimination, we do not have them.
The Feast:
The feast, or final, will consist of 6 tributes. But be sure, there can only be one victor!
Good Luck!
And may the odds be ever in your favor!
