SURVIVOR JAPAN EXIT INTERVIEWS! The exit interviews with each Castaway after their time on the season ends will be posted here! Each interview will be conducted by yours truly! Look forward to getting some unique insight into the game from each contestant! No no Stephenie, you can keep your money, I'm merely doing this for everyone at home! The interviews will commence after every Tribal Council! Without further ado, let's get started! (Click the name of the Survivor to go straight to their interview!) Holly: Welcome back everybody! It's me, your beloved hostess and currently reigning winner of Survivor, Holly! No no, hold your applause.
Joining me here today is the man who placed 10th place in Survivor Madagascar and who is the most recently voted off of Survivor Japan!
Jhonmarco! Welcome to the show!
Glad to have you here Jhon! It's unfortunate that you got voted out so early, but It's nice to get a chance to talk with you about the game!
Jhonmarco: Hello, Holly. Oh please, thanks for having me!
Holly: It's my pleasure! We have a lot to get to!
So how did it feel to be one of the select few people chosen to get a second chance to play this game?
Jhonmarco: Oh, I couldn't believe it. I assume it was for the drama I caused on Madagascar, but it was an honor. I was ecstatic to be able to play again.
Holly: Oh without question! How did it feel going into the game up against some of the best players this game has ever had?
Jhonmarco: Well, I'm not gonna bite my tongue here, I don't know if I'd say these were some of the best players. I'd say Outlast and Ashley were pretty stiff competition. I was
actually kind of disappointed, I was expecting Dusty, Dara, Brooke, Alice, Jamie, some of the big guns, so to speak...
Holly: Oh my! That's quite the statement there! So does that mean that the cast this season wasn't what you were expecting?
Jhonmarco: Yeah, I think that's safe to say. I mean obviously I didn't do AMAZING on my season, but I came in with much higher expectations.
Holly: Ohhhhh! Well then, let's hear about that! What was your game plan going into this season?
Jhonmarco: Well, I knew my gameplay was pretty meh last time, so this time around I wanted to really play hard from the get-go. I wanted to play ruthlessly, almost a male version of
you! This started with a four-person alliance and then side-alliances with 3 different people.
Holly: Of me? Oh stop it, you! So that sounds like a solid gameplan so far, where do you think it went wrong?
Jhonmarco: It went wrong when people wanted me out come the second tribal for the favorites and in theory, I SHOULD have been good with the votes, but a supposed ally of mine
just can't think past the fact that she's close friends with people she'd have to blindside and as usual wanted to go with the majority. Basically, she f*cked me.
Holly: Oh my! Not one to hold back are you? What do you think you would have done had you survived that tribal council?
Jhonmarco: I would have targeted anyone from Dewie/Kenny/Kyle as I'm almost 100% that, that is an alliance. Maybe sacrificed a fan or two, until the merge. I really think I would have made at least the jury had we not gone to TC.
Holly: Well that would have been interesting to see play out! So, even though you only had a few days in the game, would you say you had fun during the game? And who are you
rooting for now that you're out of the running?
Jhonmarco: Yeah, playing Survivor is always a great time and I enjoyed my 9 days or so in the game. I'm definitely rooting for Tre, Outlast, Ashley, pgcool, and Shorty. A bit of a long
list, but f*ck it! *laughs*
Holly: *laughs along with Jhon* So you're in good spirits for the most part?
Jhonmarco: I mean it still sucks that I got voted out so early (even though I could have done more), but it's a game and I'm not holding things against anyone that happened in the
game.
Holly: Well that's good to hear! Is there anything else that you'd like to say to all the viewers at home?
Jhonmarco: This game's tough, but it is sooooo fun playing it. Just sorry I couldn't get the job done. Thanks for having me Holly!
