Does January 3rd at midnight mean tonight at midnight since it will technically be January 3rd at that point or do you mean tomorrow at midnight?

The 3 people on the rookies that havent gone, 1 is clearly an inactive and the other 2 have been on quite a bit in the time already. I mean I am fine with Nate just pulling his normal power trip "f*ck off, I am the boss" routine so it is whatever I guess.
