 movie of the year so far it was really good, but predictable as sh*t. i get some of the hype over the themes, but as a horror movie, its just average. It's really just a satirical thriller. I didn't pick up on who the Grandma and Grandpa was until the end. Plus I didn't expect Rose to be in on it so I don't get where you're coming from with it being predictable. There's just so many layers and it's a unique film. That's really what puts it over the top for me. |

I really liked the ending with the police car and Rose crying for "help" that was brilliant. But again i went in expecting scary, as advertised and raved about... this is not scary. |

I saw Get Out, I read a review that basically hinted at most of the twists but I still liked it anyways. I liked how they balanced it with suspense and then rodney with the comic relief.
Also saw Logan, it was solid.

when you go to the first showing of Beauty and the Beast and the 3D projector gets f*cked up within the first 2 minutes and they stop the movie. try to fix it over the course of 20 minutes, and then kick us all out of the theatre, thus cancelling the showing. i mean we all got 2 complimentary tickets for any movie (imax, vip, 3d, standard) but still... FRICKEN PISSEDDDDD

finally saw Beauty and the Beast last night.. it was great!!! maybe a bit too long (and you can clearly tell the parts that were stretched or added subplots) but i loved every minute of it! (including the three new songs). actually somewhat looking forward to disney's live action remakes of the classic 90s movies after this one.
