It was a strength themed day and I kept saying, while the Champs were deciding who to pick, don't pick the UFC fighter..... That's what they did, and while Aneesa put up a decent fight, I think she would have won the elimination had she picked Justina or Ariane. Picking a UFC fighter on a strength day was not that smart in my opinion.

No, it wasn't smart. But let's be honest, I doubt Aneesa would have won against any of the Stars women in any elimination. I keep wishing that Aneesa was as good at competing as she is at whining anytime her name is mentioned in relation to going into elimination but it's evidently never going to happen. She seems to be content with just showing up, coming on to a guy, doing moderately well at a couple of things, going into elimination, and being sent home. I used to be a big fan of hers back in the good ol' days but she just doesn't have enough desire to train for a Challenge and make it all the way through. She knows the Challenges are extremely physical these days so she needs to put in the work beforehand or step aside and give someone else a chance. That's probably a very unpopular opinion but I really like to see strong competitors on these shows (girls and guys both) and there's simply too much dead weight on them.

At this point in Challenge history, how can any of the players be shocked with ANY announcements? Those are pretty much a given anymore. I'm not sure if the "bitter rivals" are Wes and Johnny or if the "player's betrayal" involves them but I'm willing to bet that Wes and Johnny go into elimination against each other. I'm holding my breath that Wes wins because if not, Johnny will be even more unbearable than usual.

Wes seems to be Johnnys kryptonite in eliminations in the recent past. I do hope Wes wins because, even though Wes' playfully arrogant cockiness can be insufferable at times, Bananas is almost always insufferable.

Wes has fun with that cocky character he plays and doesn't seem to be bothered when he gets sent home but Johnny takes it very personally when he loses or if anyone even dares to bring up his name for potential elimination. I don't believe there's actual hatred between them (strictly for the cameras) but Wes is just so much more laid back about things.

This show has been sooooooooooooooooooo boring. I can't even believe they let this sh*t air for as many episodes as it is. Like I'm sleep.

Unless production is able to jerry-rig another ending like they did with "Gauntlet 3" (just my opinion that something was seriously hinky with the way that one played out), I don't see any way possible that Johnny, Emily, and CT don't win this thing. I say CT because there's no way Johnny will allow Wes to participate in the final and since Emily has no backbone where Johnny is concerned, she'll go along with whatever he wants. Even though I can't stand Johnny, I'm fine with him getting yet another Challenge victory since it's for a really good cause. I'm also expecting production to reward the charities of the Stars team members as well, which would be great.
If/when they do another one of these "vs." Challenges, I sure hope they assemble a better group of other people who can actually give the regulars a run for their money (literally). No quitters allowed (yep, I'm talking about Terrell Owens) and get someone who will actually try to win an elimination (yep, I'm talking about Riff Raff... how in the world can anyone not be able to put a golf ball in a hole a few feet away even after a dozen attempts?!) It's been horribly one-sided, which makes it boring to watch.

I agree with Bryan, this special was pretty much a snoozefest. Could have done without it

i agree as well. I don't know if it was because of the lack of competition from the stars side or them airing it out as long as possible. I feel like if they continue to do these they need to switch somethings up to make it fresher, or only do 1 a year. I don't want to see one just to see it, i'd rather wait and them find some worthy competition, plus the Champs pool is running slim.

Next season's cast has been spoiled. I feel like the stars on this one are even better celebrities than Celebrity Big Brother got lol

I’m actually excited for season 3 of this spin-off. Hopefully queen Louise screws someone over again a la limegate 2.
