I hope Joe never comes back. There I said it. Tbh he shouldn't have returned for a first time, so I agree. I admit he was more interesting the second time around, but not worthy of being a 3 time player.

Show is killing it with a 9.5 mil rating this week and its demo number beat everything in its timeslot. At this point, Probst leaving is the only thing that could end the show tbh.

Rob Cesternino I think could be awesome becoss he's good at questioning. I see what you did there. But yeah I feel like there's an 80% chance Parvati would be the host if he left.

Tbh I can't see Parvati cursing at the players like people say Probst does to get TC going and get some better results. I think things like those would be tough, but I could see them grooming her as his understudy or whatever lol.

Probst will do it for another 20 seasons, but if they make it that long, I could see them stopping at 50

I was joking about Joe haha. All that talk about him earlier it fit right in to say his name since "people don't want to see him return"

He really didn't have to go hard in challenges you guys. He could have either gone hard and hoped to get as far as he could by winning challenges, or he could have tried to lay low or even fake an injury. One way, he doesn't win because even if he makes finals by winning every round, he wouldn't get the win that way unless he was against idiots. The other way, he has a decent shot at making it to the end because people aren't always worried about him winning challenges. It's not nearly as clear cut as some of you seem to be assuming. He could have slipped by longer without immunities. But I don't think Joe ever played to win. He always played to get decently far/to the loved ones. It's almost like he came in knowing he wouldn't win, both times. I honestly don't think laying low would have worked really. Maybe he wouldn't have been voted out instantly, but this season pretty much everyone considered him a threat. If he hadn't won the first few, I could see Savage and Jeremy trying to protect him, but I doubt that would have been enough. Faking/having an injury might have worked though. It helped Tyson to keep the target on him a little smaller. I think if Jeff had any real interest in quitting the show, he would have done so by now. I expect the show to stop when he does at this point. But hypothetically Colby or Parvati are good guesses, they've got relevant experience and are big enough Survivor names.

They don't always go with the most worthy players for returnees no Earl Cole repeat attempt or Yau Man 3rd try or Cesternino 3rd try but then there is Candice Cody.... oh Candice what is there to say.

I don't see faking an injury working on a tribe like Bayon and especially once they got to a 3 tribe format. I feel like it only really worked for Tyson because he had the bonds to get him to the merge regardless where being injured would be an asset but Joe didn't have those bonds and was actually Stephens target so it would have just made him a liability early on if it was real or not. I agree I think the show ends with Probst but if not the person I can see most taking over would be Colby, it just doesn't seem like they would make a move for someone like Parvati because she is polarizing among casual fans.

Candice is bae tho And I still think y'all are nuts thinking Joe couldn't have changed his game. If Kass could make merge after being known for being a troll, Joe definitely could have made it farther if he had played it off like he wasn't some god at challenges, but he did the literal opposite of it. I mean, clearly he knew he was great and didn't hide it considering Kelly and Savage were his best friends.

Kass was known for being a troll but she was also known for being a huge FTC goat and I wouldn't put it past some of those people to be thinking that early on, they came to play from the beginning.
