I think Malcolm is in the discussion, maybe not for greatest player ever, but for greatest to never win. IMO Reynold barely played in Caramoan.

I think Malcolm is in the discussion, maybe not for greatest player ever, but for greatest to never win. IMO Reynold barely played in Caramoan. Malcolm played a bit in Philippines, but made some serious mistakes, and in Caramoan he tried too hard to play but never actually accomplished anything besides getting rid of Phillip, which while it helped everybody's sanity, isn't a good strategic move. If he had got rid of Cochran or Andrea who proved to be the most aggressively strategic in Caramoan, it would have been useful. Phillip was just a goat they all made feel safe by making him think he was at the top of his alliance. Banking on a minority alliance is something that stopped working in season 4. That's points against Reynold already, and he made that mistake on day 1.

Cirie Fields and Kathy Vavrick-O'Brien top my 'greatest to never win' list. They both managed dominate a season, rising from the bottom and making themselves the most powerful players on their seasons. I wish I could say Jerri because she's my spirit animal, but she only really PLAYED in Australia and didn't do so well. HvV was kinda her being dragged around by Parv and Russell.

Eliza GODNESS !! I love her,i want her return for another shoot Eliza is one of my favorites. Came from one of my favorite seasons ever and I was so excited her and Ami came back, but Parvati was a b*tch to them which is why I can never fully love Parvati like most fans do. I'd love for Eliza to come back for HvV2 or something.

My top 5 list
1. Sandra...I know her gameplay might be debatable, but you can't argue the facts that she must have done something right to be the only two time winner 2. Kim Spradlin 3. Boston Rob...only reason I ranked him lower than Kim is because Kim played the perfect game on her first try, while it took 4 tries for Rob to do the same 4. Parvati 5. Richard Hatch...original Survivor, nuff said

They put him on the tribe full of idiots while Russell got the one with mostly wise and thoughtful people. He won a cakewalk season tbh, but he also should have won a tough season (All Stars).

He won a cakewalk season to be honest, but he also should have won a tough season (All Stars). Agreed, although Amber did deserve the win. Most people say that she just rode coattails, but there was deliberate strategy on her part in choosing to align with Rob. She was very aware of the fact that he was not only on the arrogant side, but also not afraid to stab people in the back in order to get ahead, which meant that she could pick up the jury votes of those people who would inevitably feel betrayed/double crossed by him. Plus if you listen to interviews with others from All Stars, she was the one that was instrumental in getting Tom to trust them as much as he did, since the two had become friends when she used to date Ethan, not to mention the brilliant move on her part to convince Jenna to vote out close ally Rupert instead of force a rock draw, and let's just say that had Jenna gone to rocks, Amber could've potentially found herself in a situation where it was either win the final IC or end up on the jury.

Binged watched heroes vs villains and I'm not happy with the winner. Russell should've had votes and Parvati should've won.

Rob is overrated. Parvati should have won HvV. Rob manhandled Redemption Island...he basically had slaves. He also managed to be on the tribe that won more before the merge, and had idiots like Natalie, Grant and Phillip to do whatever he said. Easily the dumbest cast in the history of Survivor. Danni's win in Guatemala is as impressive as Rob's win...
