the outcasts in PI? They got voted back in or had a competition or something if I remember correctly. Jeff didn't just say "Ok I'm going to put this person back in" He would have won that competition as everyone else was inactive

1. What is your honest opinion on Cloudy? Feel free to copy and paste from Ponderosa thread if you don't have enough energy to type it out.
2. How serious were you about your final two deal with Tom? Do you think you would have beaten him at the end?
3. Did you ever have suspicions about Briq having the idol or secretly working with Vova?
1) Oh man Nate what a great question. Obviously I've made my opinions on Cloudy very clear but I'll go ahead and restate them. The thing is, when I came into Ponderosa it was only Tom and I. Obviously Tom and I had a very good understanding of the game up to that point (aside from Briq's shenanigans) so we were discussing what we thought should happen in order for certain people to win and who we thought should go in the tribals. When Cloudy came in he started trying to act like he was some kind of strategic mastermind who knew exactly what was going on at all times and that he was single handily running the game until he tried to flip and got voted out. At first I just tried telling Cloudy that he didn't really know as much as he thought, but he was pretty adamant about how he knew everything about the game. Even though I gave him picture proof of the Mafia PM and us telling him exactly what to do, he insisted that he was making all of the decisions on his own and was more or less telling Bryan and Kennyfan what they should do. It was just funny to me that all of his plans happened to line up with the Mafia's plans exactly every single tribal. Eventually it devolved into us just arguing in circles until Bryan came and basically confirmed most of what I had told Cloudy to be true, while telling him he was wrong. Cloudy insists he was a member of the Mafia (even says it in his confessionals) and then when Bryan told him he wasn't, Cloudy tried to change his story instead of just admitting he was wrong. What a f*cking joke. Cloudy has continued to prove just how much a of a joke he is during the rest of the game. So long story short, Cloudy is a f*cking joke. He's not a good player and he's basically lucky that Bryan/Kennyfan decided to include him in the outer circle of our alliance. If we had chosen anyone else Cloudy would have been gone pre-merge (probably in the Coryb or Bri slot). I highly doubt he would beat anyone in a final 2, even Peter or Gordon, inactivity and all.
Now for a more psychological explanation of our relationship. When I arrived at Ponderosa the first thing I did was take a shower. After that Tom and I cracked open some brewskies and decided to discuss some gameplay, our opinions, what we did wrong, what we think will happen. We decided that we would commemorate every single person who came to Ponderosa that wasn't a member of the Mafia with a toast and some drinks. Cloudy just so happened to be the next person to arrive, and as we all know he was not a member of the Mafia. Let me repeat that. Cloudy. Was. Not. A. Member. Of. The. Mafia. So when Cloudy got here things were still cool. We all cracked open the brewskies and had quite a few amongst the three of us. Eventually Tom turned in because he wakes up early every morning to do his naked Pilates routine that he got off of Reddit. Cloudy and I continued to pound back the drinks until we were both sufficiently hammered. This was probably around 4-5 a.m. Not really sure because Nate didn't give us watches. Now we had been on the island at this point for a really long time. People get lonely after that long. When people get lonely they have urges. Now Cloudy is not necessarily my type, he's very tall and skinny, but he's not an ugly person by any means. However, even 5's look like 10's when alcohol is involved. One thing leads to another and we wake up in the same bed. I'm not going to say what did or didn't happen because I have no idea to be honest. I don't remember much of anything past drinking and before waking up next to him. Cloudy didn't take is as well as I did. He freaked out quite a bit and told me never to tell anyone about what may or may not have happened. Obviously he's a trash bag and I'm not going to keep it quite : ^ ). The thing is, I feel like Cloudy has a certain animosity towards me because he doesn't like what he may or may not have done. My reasoning for disliking him is purely game based. I felt he was a terrible player. He's a good person I'm sure.
2) I was very serious about my final 2 deal with Tom. I felt that bringing him to the final 3 at least was my best bet in making it far into the game. Like Tom said, we were both very big targets (obviously as we went out very quickly post merge) and we needed each other to stay safe. Once he went I went, and I'm sure it would have worked the same vice versa. I told him from the beginning that I would not mind losing to him in a final two, but I never thought I would lose to him honestly. Would I have beaten him in the end? If things had worked out the way that we had planned (which a majority of it was my planning) then yes I would have beaten him. I would have a resume that included being the leader of the strongest pre-merge alliance and being the leader of the strongest post-merge alliance as well as spearheading almost all of the tribals throughout the game. I honestly think I would have won in a final 2 against him, and probably anyone else aside from Briq.
3) If I had suspicions I would have acted upon them. Much like I never really had the thought that Vova would play the idol when Tom was voted off, I never really considered Briq having the same thought process as myself, which was to keep Vova around as long as possible. So to answer the question, I never really had suspicions, but I thought Vova would be more willing to work with me. But he broke my heart rq </3.

I think one of the biggest differences between my game and James/Toms game was that my awareness was always on high alert and I didn't underestimate anyone.

Here are the awards you all think will all go to yourselves....
First award is....Hero of the Season.
For the first time in this series I am unsure who this would go to since nobody really stood out as a Hero above everyone else, but I think I'll give this one to...
Bryan. Because he's such a nice fella, and Vova could be a Villain or a Hero, so I couldn't put him in either.

Next award is Villain of the Season...
This will be a tie between the two most obvious candidates...
Tom and James.

Finally, Player of the Season... There were two players that stood out as very agressive players, and those two are James and Tom. Tom's game impressed me more than James in the social department because he came in knowing nobody while James had the UC9 players on his side. However, James had the dedication to look for idols and possibly could have kept Vova from saving himself so many times, had he played his idol at the tribal he was voted out of...it's very close but I am going to give this one to... Tom.Don't be mad at me James

The preview for season 6 is not ready yet, but I will post it whenever I have it ready. Also, the format is not set in stone.

1. Was there any strategy behind being inactive during several moments during the game, or were you just busy?
2. What do you think of the final two and the winner?
3. Did you have any big moves planned during the game that you were not able to act out?
No I Actually Was Busy But It Did Pay Off.
They Were Ok.
Yes I Did Have The Votes To Backdoor Someone The Tribal Hayden Was Voted Out But People Were Scared That Because Of Hayden Being Inactive That The Person Eliminated Would Be Brought Back!

I don't want to make a thread until I do a legit announcement of what the season will be, along with the logo reveal, but I am planning on starting Survivor 6 in late November as usual winter seasons go. Hopefully we can get it started around Thanksgiving and have it finished by the end of January. Casting will begin hopefully in a week or two.
I'm also planning on doing a records thread along with other random info. I'm doubtful but if anyone who played in season 1 has info about who won immunity and such, that'd be awesome info to have. I'm also working on the Tonga wiki page. It's about half done.
