Hayden used the veto on Victoria so they could backdoor Amber and Frankie told Zach that if he wants to make a little speech at the veto meeting he can (so they complete the Team America mission).
Even though the plan was to backdoor Amber the whole time, the guys made Caleb think that it was his idea and that she's going up because she's been so rude to him. Caleb was basically telling Zach to talk about all of the things that Caleb has done for her and she has not been appreciative of it at all.

So in case some of you missed it Frankie said that if "Jocasta is pissed at me for putting up someone that is going home over her, sh can just kill herself"
I'm sorry I don't care if it was him just being angry or anything that is unacceptable to say especially since his and Derrick's grandfather just died and she organized a memorial for him

I honestly don't think Zach will go home this week. I have a feeling Caleb will be Donny and Nicole's target, and the Detonators will use that to their advantage (considering they were going to backdoor him sooner or later).
