Tribal Council #5: Chie Tribe The eight Chie members walk into the tribal council area and set their torches at the back, and then sit down.
Welcome, guys, to your first tribal council as the new Chie tribe. This isn't a place you want to be, but you couldn't avoid it this time. Since we're a whole new tribe, we have a lot to catch up on, so let's get started.
Kaitlyn, congratulations again on winning individual immunity. What do you think your immunity win means for this tribal council? Do you think it changes anything at all?
Kenny, how's the new tribe getting along? Do you think any bonds formed in this tribe will carry over into the merge, or is this all just for the time being until old tribes are reunited?
Buddy, how do you think voting will go tonight? Fans vs. Favorites, or completely new alliances? Or even a tribe decision?
Jon, do you think this tribe will be able to continue winning at challenges?
Eaoltis, do you think anyone on this tribe is willing to go as far as drawing rocks in order to maintain the power in this tribe?
Tre6, if a favorite was to be voted out tonight and Chie had to go to another tribal council, how do you think that would play out?
PGCool, same question as Tre6, but if a fan were to be voted out tonight. Do you think it would be a tribe decision, or a favorites vs. fans decision?
Gabriela, do you think there could be the threat of an idol being played tonight? How badly could this ruin how the votes go?
Answer these questions on the thread within the next 36 hours and please answer them well. Also I encourage you to respond to other's answers and continue on the discussions like a real tribal council. I may also ask more questions if I feel like something should be discussed in more detail.

You may change your vote if you want, however, if I get all 10 votes by an earlier time and I am able to reveal them before the deadline, it's not my fault if you wanted to change your vote later. If I have all the votes, I can reveal them at any time, so be sure of your vote. Along with your vote, LEAVE A BRIEF MESSAGE for why you voted that way, or a message to the person you voted for, etc.
And finally, if you want to play the idol, let me know before the deadline/before I get all the votes. If you don't let me know in time, too bad.

- great question! I believe we can and will. The Sonkei tribe thought they'd destroy us at every challenge and we showed them were here to compete. I think our tribe is more unified and gets along a lot better than theirs which is gonna help a lot. Just sucks that even though we won, were still at tribal tonight.

There's always a risk that someone has found the idol and feels unsafe. Regardless of whether someone plays an idol tonight or not, the only thing I know is that after this vote, one alliance will come out on top.

I do. In this game of Survivor, risks sometimes have to be made to advance your game further. Everyone is here to play and win; anything lower than first is not an option.

I definitely think there is a huge possibilty that whatever group comes out on top after this vote will stick together come the merge.

Thanks!! I think it means I solidified my spot as princess of chie. I don't think it changed anything, I hadn't heard that was my name was brought up.

I would hope this tribe can reach the point where we forget the fans vs favorites aspect of the game, and move past that. I want to go into the merge with it being the new Chie VS the new Sonkei tribe, but I don't know if that's possible. I hope it is, but I just am not 100% sure.
