I think Homecoming is the best spiderman film, I felt the most engaged by this one and the villain seemed to have the most understandable motivation of any spiderman villain to date.

And I said his motivation was understandable, he was clearly boned by whatever happened with the contract to clean up the rubble or whatever it was. What spider-man villain had a better motivation?

I was watching one review and they compared Vulture to Killdozer, meaning kinda similar thing have happened in real life so Vultures reasons were believeable, not just your regular wipe out human kind

I'm not very particular with movies I watch, if it entertains me that's all I care about. I want something that I can buy on DVD and watch later like that kind of entertaining.
The only genre I am very picky about is horror because it has to be a certain way lol if that makes sense. It can't be cheesy, it can't be campy, it can't be stupid, and so on. I love movies that actually scare me or get me thinking not those bullsh*t movies that just try to jump scare you because zzzz.
Horror movies like The Exorcism, Nightmare on Elm Street, Scream, Blair Witch Project, Paranormal activity 1, The Conjuring, It Follows, and Get Out kind of helped rejuvenate the genre or make it special when it seems every year all these sh*tty "scary movies" come out.

Depending on how you feel about clowns will definitely be the main determinant of whether you think this movie will be scary or not. Personally, I am not scared of clowns at all and the first series or whatever wasn't the greatest(horror wise) especially when you look at the clown they had. This trailer seems like your basic scary movie with average jump scares trying to boost itself into box office success by remaking something that has more of a cult following than actual horror fan fanatics. I do like the look of the clown making it more demonic but then again if they're only going to have him pop out and scare what's the point? You can only scare someone so much when it comes to a phobia and I dont think any clown hater will willingly be there lol. The puddle scene with the paper boat definitely stood out because it was just like the original only darker out. I probably won't care to see it unless it gets rave reviews, which is probably won't lol.

Planet of the Apes is really good triology. Happens rarely when all 3 movies are good

Planet of the Apes is really good triology. Happens rarely when all 3 movies are good its also three completely different movies with different casts save for certain apes. tbf it's easier to make quality work when you can start from scratch with each film with a brand new human cast and story.
