-David- When I made it to F5, I decided to join up with Jon and Joe. I liked Joe because I believe that he would be someone good to take to the end. Also, I wanted to keep my word and try to keep Kurma rookies together. The main think that Joe and I talked about was the fact that at the time, we thought that Stan and Sammy were the two that had the most chances of winning the game. It just worked and I really enjoyed getting to work with both Jon and Joe.

-James-
Setsu- During this vote, Sammy had mentioned that he heard that Stan and Setsu were going to be targets. I figured that I should try to vote Stan out because Setsu could have been an ally given his partnership with Joe. Later, I was talking to Dewie about the vote and he said that he wanted Setsu out. I knew then that he would be going because I figured that Dewie had influence on the majority of the tribe.
Dewie- Dewie and Jon were one of the last pairs left in this game.
James- When Jonas went off during tribal council. At this point I knew that something happened with James's game.
John- This one was tough because it was a blindside through Idol. I think he was just the random second option.
Jonas- When he started going off during tribals. It put a target on his back.
David- For me, I know that David was considered a great social threat. Overall, I figured he would be out soon but everyone kept me out of the loop for the vote because they were voting out my closest ally.
Sammy- When Jonas exposed Sammy for going against his original tribe.
Stan- When Jon won immunity at F4.
Jon- When I got a lead on the last immunity challenge.
2. James I honored God in this game by being fair. I was loyal to my people until I had no other option.

Hey Setsu <3
My Social Game: I went from an outsider on my tribe to a power position early on Kurma pre-swap. I had connections with John, Sam, Jabbar, Kristina, Jacob and despite being the second boot from our tribe, even Mud. When on Vamana, I bonded with James and Jonas and that helped me out of two more tribals. After you left, I went back to my old allies on Kurma and continued working with them. James also wanted to continue working with me despite what happened that Tribal and when David joined our alliance, I was in a set spot for final six. Unfortunately, idols got in the way and they took out two close allies but despite all that, I tried keeping the remains of our alliance in tact saying “THIS IS THE FINAL FOUR” and stuff of that sort as a way to tighten our bond but then Sam attempted to vote me out but I was saved by Jon. Shortly after that, I talked to Jon and formed an alliance with him and once final three came about, I knew I was going to the Final Tribal Council at that point. Jacob wanted to keep Kurma bonds alive, I had an alliance with Jon.
My Strategic Game: I’m well-aware my physical game sucked but I was never the type of person to win challenges so when I had many votes cast against me pre-merge, I knew I had to make myself look as non-threatening as I could. Two idols were played back-to-back and while I knew the first one was going toward James, nobody really knew who Jonas/Stan/Jon were voting for the second time around so I went on the down-low and just hoped they did not gun for me. After Jon jumped ship and David got voted out, I wanted the final three to be Jon, Jacob, and I which they both were in on. When it came down to final four, I was getting messages from everyone saying to vote Jacob or vote Stan and I was open to either move but I had a feeling it was going to be a final two and I knew I was going to the end if either Jon or Jacob won the last challenge. Jon and I talked a whole day whether to side with Stan or Jacob and I kept hammering in that Stan will be a bigger threat especially if its a final two and after a while, Jon wrote Stan’s name down and it secured my position in the final two regardless of who won.
Despite all the claims that was I everyone’s goat or a non-threat, I was still targeted multiple times. There had to be some reason why Sam/Jonas/Stan wrote my name down over someone like David’s or why Newbie James was gunning for me or why Kristina was hellbent on voting me out. Each time I walked into Tribal, I walked out with my torch lit. I never once had any form of safety to buy me another round. I believe had I not talked to Jon, I was going to be sent home at the final six. Even after all the idols and all the Tribals, I never lied down and I kept on trucking to get here. I may not have been the most flashiest player or the biggest game player this season but I was able to make the bonds to get me to this point and when I had to, I stayed low and let the bigger players vote each other out so I can sneak by once more. I had no connections with anyone at the start of the this game aside from my partner and at the end, I had the connections I needed to get me to the Final Tribal Council.

Why would anyone do that? Idk why would anyone say that they won if they made friends? Considering this game brought my closer in my walk with God I would say that while I may not be a winner in title; I'm a winner in spirit.

Alright, jurors, it is time to vote. This time you are writing down the name for a winner. Setsu, you're up first.
Setsu goes to vote.
Once Setsu returns, Dewie stands and goes to vote.
James follows after Dewie.
"After having prayed about it for the past few weeks I have come to the realization that God wills for me to vote for you."
James returns and John gets up to go vote.
"I like both of these guys a lot..."
John returns from voting and Jonas follows after.
Jonas returns and David goes to vote.
"You my boyyy!"
Sammy follows after David.
"Never in a million years did I imagine I'd be voting for you to win, but I'm happy to do it now. Congratulations, friend."
Sammy returns and Stan gets up to go vote.
Once Stan returns, Jon goes to vote and shortly returns.
For the last time, I'll go get the votes.
Nate exits the tribal council area and returns shortly with the voting urn.
Thank you all for a fantastic season. As much as I'd love to read the votes now, you'll have to wait till we get back to the states. Good night.
Nate exits the tribal council area with the voting urn.
