Aight so I was actually thinking and amongst all those sh*tposts.. I realize I don't really have any concrete rationale on WHY I'm voting the way I am lmao. So I'ma stick this in it' own thread so people can read it after the fact without having to search through all those posts.

Cole boot:
So basically there's a couple things going on during the cole boot. First I was told by setsu that Jonas was going to play an idol. I was told this prior to telling Jonas he was the vote, but honestly at that point I believe he had already basically known what was going on based off the way Cole was allegedly talking to him. Setsu and I decided to vote for dewie because as far as we were aware there was only going to be 1 vote for cole... two at the most.. coming from Jonas and maybe Dewie. This would have allowed me to A) basically save Cole's a** and B) be one of two people to negate the idol and have a big play for my resume later down the road. Now why would I not just tell the group about the idol and split the vote? At that point all we needed was to have 1 person vote for dewie and it splits it 4-3-3. I had even told David what was going on before the vote ended, and told him I wouldn't be telling teh group. There's a few reasons why I didn't.. First, Cole going home wasn't necessarily "awful" for my game because the way our pre-game alliance was set up.. Stan benefited the most, especially when 2 of the 4 other people on our tribe were jon and dewie (people who historically worked with Stan). It was already apparent with how hard Stan fought against a Dewie vote, so I couldn't let him maintain that much power.. one of his allies needed to go. So at the end of the day, I was ok with either going home.
tl;dr assumed either dewie or cole would go home no matter what and both were fine with me at the end of the day because it lowered stan's power. Cole going home was probably better just cause it's one less person to hurt down the road.

Tom boot:
So obviously this one didn't go nearly the way I wanted it, but it still turned out good. After Cole went home Stan LAID into me through PM's. Anyone from La Familia could see a bit of it but man the guy went crazy. I knew at this point that I was basically just a number to Stan. I knew that if we kept going forward with our pre-game Stan would take the opportunity to take me out sooner rather than later so I wanted to strike first. I felt I had a lot of people on were apprehensive but onboard.. I underestimated however people's willingness to save him so early in the game. The biggest wrench in the plan was Tom. Tom took those screenshots of my PM and sent them to Stan. However, Stan telling David he was coming for me was a godsend because that basically meant David would vote with me that vote no matter what. We made the call to flip the vote to Tom and setsu and jonas made a good trick of convincing Stan they were voting him which basically made him not play the idol that we later found out he had. Kinda sucks tho because the Tom vote came out of LEFT FIELD for them. I think I played that vote pretty well cause I never let on to either of them that I knew they were coming for me and that I had flipped the vote again. This was the cementing of Stan not really trusting David as much and feeling like he would choose me over him. This also helped build trust with Setsu/Jonas and later Joe.
tl;dr Wanted Stan got Tom out instead. Both ended up being fine because I would need them both out eventually anyway apparently.

I'm actually gonna throw this one in because I played a big part in getting James out lol. Basically I made Sammy aware of the pre-game alliance on their side very early in the game. Due to this he knew exactly who to trust and talk to and who to not share much info with. When it came down to being between Joe and James I knew what I had to do. At this point Setsu and I are pretty close so I knew Joe needed to be safe for at least the time being. I msged Dakota basically explaining how James would be a 100% extra vote for Stan because he was barely playing the game as is. Dakota bought it pretty easily and they voted out James. I knew I needed Stan to have as few allies as possible coming into the merge.

Kristina Boot:
So this one actually goes beyond the game a little bit. During the most recent vevmo game I played Kristina and I were on opposite teams. Long story short I ended up spearheading a vote to get her into elimination and then she hated me. We patched things up coming into this game, or so I thought. During the Dakota boot, I was shown screenshots of a convo between Sammy and Kristina, basically pleading for a Sammy/Jabar/Dakota/Kristina 4 person alliance. Her method of making this alliance? Saying that Dakota was her #1 and that she would vow to take out Sammy/Jabbar if they didn't work with her. L O L. This coupled with the fact that I already knew David was in her top 2 (due to her straight up telling him she'd give him any idol and do anything to help him win) made me hella sus. The icing was when I talked about wanting to take out Dewie and Stan asap and she basically told me I was not allowed to vote for either.. Stan I understand but even after telling her Stan actually voted for me at tribal.. she still said I needed to work with him and trust him.. despite being on a warpath against the people who voted out Dakota. She also told me I couldn't vote out Dewie even if he was coming for me.... :wut: None of this really added up to me. So I started thinking about the logistics of taking out Jonas vs taking out Kristina. When I realized that Josh basically only had David and I and was able to convince David that taking out Kolle was the best move for MY game at the time... I knew I could take her out and maintain a great relationship with my other alliance (jonas/setsu/joe) as well as being an offering to the rookies who Kristina vowed to get rid of. I later find out that Kristina had plans of flipping at merge and taking me out with Dewie/Stan/Jon. Lmao. David and I went over the numbers and realized if we got rid of Jonas (who despises Stan) and kept Kristina, I would likely be the merge boot.
tl;dr b*tch had me convinced she liked me but was really plotting my demise. also her best friend kubson was a cheater.

Josh Vote/Boot:
Alright so another "controversial" boot probably but I've got some sense behind it. Josh has put drastically less and less effort into the games he's been playing lately. He got lucky in the VG/UC's that they were elims so he was able to carry himself in that way.. but as far as vote off games he seems to talk to less and less people every game. He told me he only really talked to me david and kristina. That's just difficult to help. I really wanted to try and save him but at the end of the day.. I have no idea if keeping him would even be the best choice. Honestly Josh's downfall is his social game, and if you can't even put the bare minimum in I can't help you.. I still love him tho and always will. I wish he had stayed until jury tho lol. This is also the ultimate trust proof for Jonas and Setsu, as it is me basically "putting my money where my mouth is" in a sense. Going into the merge I'm gonna need people that can also make a way for themselves.. because how do I convince my allies to keep them safe if they don't trust Josh you know?

Setsu Vote/Boot:
Stan and Setsu are kinda interchangeable at this point so I'm letting my allies kind of take a little "charge" in the situation.. aka I'm dropping negatives about setsu and just saying random sh*t about stan lmao. Basically I know that Jonas is loyal to Setsu to a fault... like 100% loyal.. like tell the mans anything loyal. That's incredibly scary to have when my main gameplay is to be in that f3 with setsu and joe. Honestly I just can't trust that at the end of the road setsu is gonna pick me over Jonas and I gotta go with Stan who will definitely owe me at this point. Stan seems genuine too.. but I still feel kinda iffy about trusting him. Also I'm talking closely with David on the best move and David is pretty upset because Setsu is straight lying to him.. Setsu is actually lying to everyone except me and jonas and joe LMAO. All in all, setsu doesn't know how to gauge a situation and talk to people approproaiteyl which gives him a target on his back that I can't be associated with.

Dewie Vote/Boot:
This is probably one of the more simple votes. Dewie told me he could never trust me and that obviously leave a bad taste in my mouth at all times. Plus this is gonna neuter jonas' numbers and I'm hoping stan/jon will trust me more than they will trust jonas going forward.. which will help me get rid of jonas lmao. But I guess we'll see how it goes.
