The seven Vamana castaways walk into the tribal council area, set their torches at the back and sit down by the fire.
James (James), in a typical season of half vets, half new players, you'd think since there's a majority vets, a newbie would be out. But you and Setsu both have been reunited with your loved ones. Does that blur that completely? Just a little? Not at all?
Josh (Josh), with the merge probably in the near future, is strength in challenges an issue at this point when deciding who to vote off?
Joe (joeker), is there a feeling of dependence on your loved one being on a tribe full of people you probably haven't talked too in depth with about game yet?
David (DScott), I'm sure original tribes talk about strategy on who to vote off to keep numbers, whether that's across tribal lines or not. Does Jabbar going home from the other tribe have a part in deciding who needs to go tonight?
Kristina (K), how much trust are you able to put in James, knowing he has connections with the veterans who have a 5-2 advantage if they were to stick together? Should you and Joe feel safe or worried?
Setsu (Setsu-Maria Ghomes), would you say it's good or bad for your game at this point to have your loved one on the same tribe as you?
Jonas (Helen of Troy), what do you think the reasoning for tonight's vote will be? Are we in store for another blindside?
Votes are due in approximately 24 hours, at 11 PM site time 1/10. Please send in your vote through PM to myself, Nate, ALONG with a brief message about your vote (this will not be shown to anybody) by the deadline or it will be a self-vote. Three self-votes and you're out of the game. If you have a hidden immunity idol and you would like to play it, PM me before the votes are read. If I have all of the votes early, I have the right to read them early.

-- I would like to think its a good thing because I formed bonds with these people on my original tribe and I can actually see what is going on with him now. I don't need to worry about him when I am safe. Now I can worry or not at the same time and it makes it easier ya know. I don't know if its gonna impact this vote at all but we shall see.--

Of course I need him, I go apesh*t without my obligatory island sex.

I mean I guess it depends on the format right? Like in a Fans vs Favorites season it makes sense for the vets to link up and take out the rookies especially if you can read the situation correctly. Like take the other tribe for example.. the 3 vets over there happened to be on the bottom before the swap so obviously they're gonna work together. Over here it's a similar situation in that we had the 5 people who worked together on our last vote. So I guess yeah, it does make sense for the vets to work together.. but this isn't a regular season. We've all came into the season with someone attached to us in a way. Kristina/I and Joe/Setsu are 2 of 3 pairs left and the other one is the one you only put together last minute with some bs twist lmao. I'd be lying if I said there was no blur let's be honest. You gotta think about what's best for the game overall and sometimes you and your loved one don't see eye to eye. Kristina and I have definitely learned WHY we are exes in this game but at the end of the day does love win out? Is there even love there at all anymore? Who really knows. I know how I personally feel but I don't know how she feels... which also plays into the difficulty of the whole situation.

How much trust? I honestly dont know. To answer this I have to remember why James is my ex in the first place. In other forum game, things happened and after that things changed. Even tho its all in the past, that is always in my mind to keep me in check to be careful and never too comftoable. But situation like I am in right now I have to trust him. Do I and Joe should be worried? Definitely, vets dont know us. Its easier to go against enemy you know in the end. Thats why we have to look at our loved ones and hope for the best.

For me it doesn't too much. I haven't spoken with my former tribemates at all since we swapped. When I vote I wont be connecting it to Jabbar going home.

Everyone has got to be looking at strength in the challenges. Especially this late into the game. But there's more important things to think about too with a merge. Like alliances that were formed pre swap etc. It's interesting seeing where alligiances are at after the swap. I think there are some who are establishing themselves as challenge threats though. And we saw how that worked for me last season lol

Alright, it is time to vote. Joe, you're up first.
Joe stands and goes to vote, followed by the other six castaways. Once they finish, Nate stands and exits, returning shortly after with the voting urn.
Before I read the votes, if anybody has a hidden immunity idol and they would like to play it, now would be the time to do so.
