The nine members of Vamana walk into the tribal council area, set their torches at the back, and sit down by the fire.
David (DScott), it's been a few days, but I'll even admit I'm still a little shaken by what went down at this tribe's first tribal council. How much chaos did that vote create that might even last into this tribal and those to come?
James (James), is the line in the sand still clear cut at this point, or are there more lines being drawn as we move further along in the game?
Jonas (Helen of Troy), that was a big play you made last tribal, but you still received a majority of the votes. Do you think the target on you is still the same size after gaining more life in this game? Bigger? Smaller?
Tom (tsky429), has the idol paranoia heightened after seeing an idol played so early on in the game? What are the odds someone here already has it?
Jon (Jgrubl), what do you think is the difference between the reasoning for a Vamana vote-off and the reasoning for a Kurma vote-off?
Dewie (Dewie890), what do you think people are basing their vote on tonight? Is it the same basis as your own?
Josh (Josh), is the possibility of a swap and who can end up working with who important in deciding who should leave tonight?
Setsu (Setsu-Maria Ghomes), how large of an impact do pregame alliances have on alliances and voting in this tribe?
Stan (@desertfox), will we see another blindside tonight or do you think the person going probably already has a hunch?
Votes are due in approximately 24 hours, at 11:59 PM site time tomorrow 12/27. Please send in your vote through PM to myself, Nate, ALONG with a brief message about your vote (this will not be shown to anybody) by the deadline or it will be a self-vote. Three self-votes and you're out of the game. If you have a hidden immunity idol and you would like to play it, PM me before the votes are read. If I have all of the votes early, I have the right to read them early.

- what kind of sh*t question is this? I think our tribe is casting votes based on who they can trust going forward and going far into this game. The other tribe seems like they could be targeting the loved ones of strong competitors on our tribe.

Hmmmm the target? Probably bigger tbh, some people were afraid of me for whatever reason and I feel like making the idol play that I did would only further solidify those fears. Hopefully however the willingness to vote for me is smaller with one of the main advocates for that vote being out of this game.
I still don't feel safe in this game if that's what you're asking Nate, refer to my last tribal answer. I won't be comfortable until I'm off this island with either a prejury trip, a ponderosa stay ahead of me or a million dollar check in my pocket.

James (James), is the line in the sand still clear cut at this point, or are there more lines being drawn as we move further along in the game? I drew the line on day 1 tbh. I said "dewk, this is my side of camp and that is your side. Cross that line and i swear you're dead to me punk!!". Realistically was there ever really a "line"? I mean, from what i could tell there was no split vote last time so that was 3 people getting votes.. aka 3 groups voting together for at least thst first vote. But honestly, how do you judge an "alliance" based off 1 vote? How do you even know it's an alliance lmao. At the end of the day? This vote will probably prove some people's loyalty.. as there's very little wiggle room.

" is the possibility of a swap and who can end up working with who important in deciding who should leave tonight?" Yes and No.. I do feel like this vote will be a disaster. But depending on the tribe swap you really don't know. That's what's fun about survivor it evolves constantly. I actually hope that a tribe swap will give everyone a clean slate so we can see "premades" kind of dwindle and we can all get our feet wet.

That tribal was insane, however with Christmas on the island, I know at least for me things calmed down. I have no clue if that vote is gonna lead to a shocking result here. I think a lot of the confusion has wavered. I think that vote just showed anyone could lose, no matter how safe they seemed and felt.

Everyone is always thinking about the possibility of an idol yeah, especially when we just saw one played. Idk what the odds are someone already has it. Do you want me to run the numbers?

DScott Dewie (Dewie890 ), what do you think people are basing their vote on tonight? Is it the same basis as your own? I think the vote tonight will be based off of perceived threats in this game and who people are comfortable with moving forward. The basis of my vote is to shock and awe of course. So it is not the same. I am joking of course, I am just hoping to stick around yet again Nathanial.

I think the person getting the most votes has a hunch.

Alright, it is time to vote. Josh, you're up first.
Josh stands and goes to vote, followed by the other eight castaways. Once they all return, Nate exits and returns shortly with the voting urn.
Before I read the votes, if anybody has a hidden immunity idol and they would like to play it, now would be the time to do so...
