This is where you will post your confessionals throughout the season. Only you, the host, and moderators who are trusted by myself can see these up until the game has ended. Please make sure to post in here at least once a round detailing your thoughts, alliances, plans, etc.

Does this have to be prompted? f*ck it. Starting the game I'm surprised how slow it seems to be going. I figured there would be an initial scramble to make alliances at first. So maybe it just means I'm the odd one out. I doubt it though. Not after that weird a** comment from Kubson. If he's that awkward he might make a great goat in the long run but the bad part about that is that if I'm not the only one thinking it then he has climbed past me on the totem pole of people others want to keep around.
I got a message from whoever digwoman is. That is promising but so far just a hey and hey back. I'm hesitant to make any alliances right now or talk too much to someone. It's probably gonna bite me in the a** but I don't want to be seen as playing too hard.
I did tell joe that he's an asset to the tribe regardless of being seen as a threat for being a returning player. He didn't seem that excited about having my support though so maybe he does have to get sent home first from the tribe. Who cares though in the end. As long as it ain't me.

Since the last tribal, I have been laying relatively low in the game. Other than talking to my closest ally, Alex, I haven’t done much talking with the other members of my tribe. I don’t think this is too detrimental as I feel like this tribe isn’t very social to begin with. Alex is talking to the others I think a little bit more than I am so that along with my challenge performance should be a good cushion to survive the next couple votes if need be.
Until then, I have just been trying to find this darn idol. It’s the key element to Alex and I’s game at the moment and having it is critical to surviving a tribe swap and it will be even better if we still have it come the merge.
I have a gut feeling our tribe is going to perform poorly in challenges and that we will be the “Matsing” of this game. And if that’s the case I see Alex and myself as the Malcolm and Denise of the game. Hopefully if we do get decimated and absorbed into the other tribes, we can use the leverage of being the only two people who have connections outside their current tribe to stay in the game. This morning I messaged my fellow competitors to catch up. We will see how that goes and kind of pick everyone’s brain a little to get a good lay of the land and tribe dynamics. The only real sneaky game move I made so far was messaging Joey and telling him that people are telling me he’s playing too hard. He seemed relatively chill about it but at the very least I hope I caused him to have some paranoia about who is playing with him, how he should be playing, and who he should trust moving forward. I think if we do lose the next immunity though, that his blindside is inevitable.

I think if we do lose the next immunity though, that his blindside is inevitable. To expand on Joey and why he is a target is because he is a little sketchy. He had been talking to Alex and when we were talking potential people to align with he mentioned Juderlay and never Alex. So we thought that was sketch and an indication that he is trying to play everyone. Also, as a returning player, he has taken 0 leadership role in this tribe. He should be the one calling shots and leading the tribe to victory but instead he is just laying back and if he really wanted this second chance then he should be making more of the opportunity.

So we lost tribal and a real scramble took place like right afterwards. In a tribe of 5 all it takes is one little ripple to change who goes home drastically. To feel most secure I suggested a private message between everyone but Joey to secure solidarity.
Alex said that Jude has an idol. That made me perk up and wanted to blindside him. But Alex did not budge. In fairly confident Alex and i are the real 2 here but his reluctance to not blindside Jude bothered me.
I think Alex wants most friends moving forward. For me one is enough. Especially when it's a relationship not known to other members of the tribe.
Where Alex wants close friends moving forward. I have little faith in our tribe winning anything so I just want to get rid of everyone and pull off a Malcolm/Denise Philippines thing with Alex.
I have a feeling I'm getting blindsided at the next tribal. Like I said there's nothing that can give me confidence at this TC. The vote will assure some things but Unless I have immunity I'm always going to feel like I'm the one to go.
Kubs doesn't like me/doesn't want to play with me pretty sure. Alex is my right hand man. Jude is my biggest threat. Joey I hope is next out and not me.

Oh My Gosh! We totally just won an immunity challenge! With Alex not participating we definitely thought we were out for the count and we were already setting plans in place to vote someone out. As my #2, it was hard for me to think of a way to campaign for Alex to stay. But I think Alex is very savvy in this game and has formed a close relationship with both Juderay and Kubson. This bodes well for me because I truly believe that I am Alex’s number two so even if we had a vote with just three of us, I know Alex would vote my way and I wouldn’t have to worry about the third person using an idol because I know they would be falsely confident that Alex would save them as well.
With the challenge win, I kind of take credit for it. I gave my team a resource that would help them unscramble the words faster. I know if it wasn’t for that tip that we would not have won this immunity. I also have to give credit to Juderay as well though. If it wasn’t for him thinking that the challenge would involve forming words, I wouldn’t have had my tip in mind.
I’m glad that our tribe came together to finally win one and that we don’t have to go to tribal again. Even in my ecstasy, I did think in the back of my mind that this was kind of a lost opportunity to flush out an idol. If the rumors are true, then Juderay bagged the idol early on and this would have been a perfect vote to blindside him completely. But after thinking about it for a while, I think this win and hopefully another can really solidify the four of us and maybe even take us to the final four.
I like that the chatzy’s were made available. Kind of gave an inside look to the inner dynamics of the other tribes. Kind of got to see who speaks up, who is a leader, and all that. The comments also are a little revealing. There are some people who choose not to comment and those who do comment every time. I think it’s really important to make a note of all of that before a merge.
It’s weird not knowing what is being posted in terms of the next tribal council. We’ve always had the “privilege” of never being left outside the loop so it’s kind of jarring right now to just be waiting without any sense of when the next challenge will be. But it will be fun to see who got voted out and go into the next challenge with some momentum.

A few things have happened since the last post. We came back to a new challenge posting. I was kind of annoyed that apparently yaldad had agreed within their tribe to go for it on Thursday. They could have said that on the main thread but whatever. Up until that challenge, all of the inter-tribal relationships were pretty much the same.
When it came time for the challenge, that Josh guy colored himself as a major threat in this game, and he's definitely on my radar to take out as soon as possible. He was so quick it was annoying. Everyone else seemed to be at a normal pace which is good. We were able to get second and therefore win immunity as well. And again, there were no major shifts with the inter-tribal relationships as far as I know.
Juderay anticipated the tribe swap so he messaged us all to plead allegiance to us four. The tribe swap hasn't been completed as I'm posting this but as of now PG and David S are on Quellon with myself and Juderay. It all depends who fills the other three spots, but seeing PG is a good thing as it will make a good reason to go for the last returning player in this game. I told Alex to try and target Josh on Yaldad. But the important thing is to float wherever the numbers are. The moment you try to be a drive a decision or try to force something is the moment you start making your death bed in this game.
Looking forward to working with David S. But at this point just got to be friendly and do what it takes to make the merge.

Since the swap, it's been interesting to see how other players are aggressive and other players are not in securing numbers. My strategy was to just make a connection. I tried the hardest with Ty and PG and David S kind of fizzled out so I didn't go down that route. Linus I'm very weary of. I don't want to play with him but I don't want to play against him either. I'd rather kind of just share similar goals in the future.
At any rate PG and Ty went two different ways. With PG, I really did relate to him and we were able to have genuine conversations about our life while mixing in the game naturally. He's a really cool dude and it's funny that before this swap, I saw him as an easy target for being the last remaining player in the game. At any rate, if he's being genuine then he's someone I want to work with. Time will tell. If he votes with us, then I'm solid with him. He told me he has an idol. At this point I take it with a grain of salt but it's definitely a secret I'm willing to keep until I can use it either in our advantage or against him if necessary. PG will be a good person to have in the event Alex gets voted out while he is on Yaldad. I'm hoping that Derek would get eliminated. So right now, I like PG and I'm working with him and want to do what's best for us.
Ty on the other hand was less open. It was hard to connect with him even though we have more in common I'd say. He just seemed guarded. And I could tell that was the case because the moment I mentioned game talk he went from 0 to 100. It's totally sketchy and even though I would have preferred David S get eliminated this week I couldn't push PG more than I was to eliminate David and just go with Ty.
A good way I got PG away from David and Ty was telling PG that Ty told me he was working with Josh and Brittany. I think that made PG perk up against Ty, Josh, David, and now Brittany whom I have no idea if she's working with Josh or not. Sorry girl, it's just the game.
Looking forward to this next vote. I know my name has been thrown around but I'm hoping PG is genuine!
