I think PG has a case of fancy play syndrome. He could've just played his idol but instead he decided to try to vote out his only ally, so he could keep his idol (in the style of Alex from Fiji). if he had stuck around through this vote, anything could happen. i mean, i certainly don't intend to target kubson any time soon, and pg could've been in that position instead... but whatever, he has no one to blame but himself for the fact that he is going home tonight.

i approached kubson about voting with us to take out Dscott, and at first he was being a bit of a drama queen, but i stayed diplomatic, and he seems like he's on board now, plus i'm getting along with him pretty well which is good because i wouldn't mind having him as a number just in case i need him later on in the game.
also, for some reason harmony thought it would be a good idea to approach Der about voting with us, apparently not realizing that Der is tight with Linus and Dscott from being on original yaldad together... Der isn't willing to and now is trying to target brittany lol. Der actually messaged me and said, "I know she hasn't done much but neither did Sandra and she won twice" LMAO. like... brittany self-voted in the merge vote, she is by far the least active player in this game, and so far she just votes whatever way me and harmony tell her to. she's nice and seems cool and all, but there is NO WAY she will win this game.

oh yeah, and it's a bit of shame that we need to vote out dscott tonight, because he's cool, and i genuinely like him more than anyone else left in this game. but like, that's one reason he's so dangerous, and he, linus, and der are way too tight. my ideal final 3 doesn't include any of them, so they need to go. now.

i'm starting to be really open with kubson, even shared the idol clue with him. hopefully it doesn't bite me in the a**. i think i'm the only person he's working with, so it's easier to trust him than anyone else, and i'd rather him or I find the idol before someone like linus or joey. i'm going to need to be really cautious these next couple of votes. i want to believe that harmony is solid with me and brit but i know he also talks to der and linus more than i ever have. also, me, harmony, and brit have a 3way chat but i don't talk to either of them 1-on-1 so it's possible that they're tighter with each other than me. it's entirely possible that harmony, brittany, linus, and der take me out. in an effort to make sure that doesn't happen, i'm trying to convince harmony that linus is a big threat in this game. hopefully harmony wants to stick with me and brit. i've also been talking with linus, telling him i'm open to working with him, so hopefully any scrambling he does will be to take out joey, not me. linus basically wrote me a f*cking essay to try to convince me that it should be me, harmony, brit, and him all the way to final 4 lol. on the outside i'm all like:  but on the inside i'm like:  not f*cking happening. if i can get rid of linus it should hopefully be pretty smooth sailing onwards. |

well, i'm not in such a good position anymore. on the bright side, i've got an idol that nobody knows about! so i'm not going home tonight and as long as they don't split the votes between me and kubson, linus will be going home instead. so that's exciting i guess. hopefully they aren't solid enough that they would be willing to risk splitting the votes.

so, i guess i "wasted" my idol last night. i'm not really too upset about it. the resulting scenario is equivalent to what would have happened if they had just split the votes between me and kubson, and i knew that was a possibility, and i was willing to risk playing it anyways. it's unfortunate though because i doubt it makes me look any better to the jury. but i'm still confident i could win if i get to the end with der and joey, or possibly even if linus is there, though i'm less sure of that. i just need to make sure i don't get to the end with harmony. i don't think any of us can beat harmony.
i've talked to linus and we've agreed that if harmony doesn't win this immunity, we're voting him out next. if harmony does win immunity, i've also talked to him and he said he hasn't made up his mind about what he'll want to do, so it's possible that he'd be willing to work together to get rid of linus next.

my pitch to Linus and Der is that we can't let harmony win final 4 immunity because he will easily beat every single one of us at FTC, and i stand a better chance of beating him in an immunity challenge than joey does.

Linus messaged me and said that he voted Joey but Der wouldn't change his mind. not sure if i believe that tbh, i think it was linus that voted me out because i'm pretty sure der actually wanted joey out and i think linus was worried about me being bitter or something, so he wants me to think it was der. idc either way, but i'm almost certainly giving my vote to harmony if he makes it to FTC, unless someone else in FTC is *very* convincing that they played a better game.

going into ftc i haven't 100% decided who i'll vote for. Linus will most likely get my vote, but joey could still get it if he can convince me that he was doing more in this game than just trolling. I think he was a pretty important vote at every post-merge tribal and a lot was decided by which way he voted, so if he can explain his reasons for voting the way he did he could get my vote. At the same time, voting for someone to win who came back into the game through redemption island is kinda meh...

I need to figure out what vote tonight will set me up best for the merge. On this new tribe I feel like I've really gotten David S. and Linus to trust me. I'm also am still allied with PG and he seems to have Alex, Kubson, and Christian. Not sure who Harmony and Brittany are loyal to, but I think they're both open to working with me. So, tonight I can take out one of David or Linus and me, Christian, PG, Alex, and Kubson will be set up well for post-merge, but then the other person of David/Linus plus Der, and probably whoever comes back from Inferno will be gunning for me. Plus, I don't want to make things too easy for PG. PG seems to be playing the game really hard right now, I don't think I will be able to beat him if I go all the way to the end with him. And he told me he has the idol from the Quellon camp. He said he wants to use it for both of us, but lol @ that. The farther PG goes the harder it will be to get rid of him because he's apparently so tight with Alex/Kubson/Christian and he has that idol. On the other hand, if I vote out Christian tonight and tell PG I had no choice, I can continue to play the middle, and hopefully blindside PG at some point after the merge. I have to be careful of going too far with David S. and Linus though. They know each other from before this game, and there's no way they're going to be more loyal to me than to each other. I like my position in the game right now, as I don't think there's a single person who wants me out. I've definitely flown under the radar lol. But at the same time I have a lot of work cut out for me if I want to have a chance at winning this game. Me and Linus just met in this game, he sure is awesome though lol |
