This is where you will post your confessionals throughout the season. Only you, the host, and moderators who are trusted by myself can see these up until the game has ended. Please make sure to post in here at least once a round detailing your thoughts, alliances, plans, etc.

Here we are, on day one, and I'm already nervous. Ideally, I would like to band together with all of the other newbies and vote out PG first. Returning players are always threats (at least in the show) and I don't want to have to deal with that. I'm just hoping that everyone else has the same thought right now.
The redemption island twist actually excites me. I've always liked the twist and thought it was one of the better parts of RI/SoPa/BvW. I believe I will be able to utilize it pretty well if I have to, but we'll figure that out later I guess.
My biggest fear is that I'm going to play too hard too soon. That's why I want to go for the "obvious" vote of PG first.

So I'm getting to know Duncan fairly well, and I think I have a solid alliance with him. If we do lose anytime soon, I think I can count on him not to write my name down. PG not helping in the first challenge definitely paints a target on his back, something that is very useful right now. I just hope we come to a consensus on who's doing what part of the challenge soon so we can get started.

BOOM! Top score on every single level!!! Our tribe is killing it at these challenges and we're in no danger right now. It's really nice to not have to vote anyone out, meaning I have more time to be a social butterfly and make sure I'm not the first one of us who goes home. Even if we swap, I think I'll be fine. And worst comes to worst, I've been nailing these challenges and can probably work my way back through Redemption Island. I'm pretty confident right now and excited to keep going.

I've been building a strong relationship with PG and now I'm not so sure I want him out. I really don't know what I'm going to do if we lose. Maybe target Josh? He seems pretty quiet, doesn't talk to me basically at all, and does have to sit out this challenge. I don't blame him for having a life, but when it comes down to it, I need to do what I can to stay, and if that means voting him out then so be it

Great. One tribal in and I'm an outsider. They last minute switched the vote on me so now Brit hates me and PG is saying some bullsh*t that I wasn't left out on purpose... like wtf you obviously left me out so you can't say I'm not on the outside. My tribe hates me and I have to live with this. Ugh.

OK I feel REALLY bad about never doing confessionals. I got caught up for a few days with real life stuff and honestly forgot I was supposed to be doing confessionals for this game... I'll just make a really long one here to try to cover everything that happened after the first tribal then I can keep doing them more often after this.
PREMERGE:The first swap, we had 4 original Quellon on our tribe so it was pretty obvious to just stick together and keep our numbers. I brought in Alex and DER as allies there which was fine since IIRC we only went to one tribal in that configuration. The second swap was a little harder with only three Quellon on our side, which is when me, David E and Brit became a power threesome together. We pulled in Linus and DScott easily, who bonded with us over their hatred of Christian and gave us an easy target. I also formed a tight alliance with Linus on that tribe, so if there was another tribal it would be Dscott leaving no question. However, we did lose Josh in that configuration which hurt me/David/Brittany a ton. If he and PG had both lived we could've gone into the merge with majority. Joey coming back was also not ideal, it would've been much better if one of my previous allies Duncan or Josh had made it back.
MERGE VOTES 1-3:For the first vote, everyone had decided that PG was too shady to keep around so he was the original target. I wasn't too worried about keeping Quellon strong because I knew I had DER/Alex/Linus as alternate, easy votes to secure. However, there were a ton of rumors floating around that PG had the original Quellon idol and was going to play it. With Dscott/Kubson both immune, I had no choice but to flip the vote onto Alex. I'm not really sure how the vote ended up being so scattered but I'm willing to bet a lot were self votes. When PG didn't play his idol, it was pretty obvious that he didn't actually have it since he knew there were plans to get him out. That made him probably the easiest target of the game at the next tribal. Everyone was afraid of him and no one trusted him so it was an easy way to get someone that wasn't me out. After that, there was a bunch of people that thought DScott and Linus had a pregame alliance, a rumor started by PG before he left. Everyone was hesitant to believe it but we eventually decided that DScott was the biggest threat left and voted him out (though now that I look back at it I'm fairly confident that Linus did vote to keep DScott...).
LAST MERGE VOTE-PRESENT:Finally, at the last tribal, I decided it was time to claim some power of my own. David had been running the show around camp, taking the leadership role in his/my/Brit's group chat and bragging about how he had Kubson/Joey's votes no matter what happened and Linus had to go next, followed by Joey. I sincerely doubt he will ever take me to F2 though, at least not over Brittany, so I decided we had to dethrone the king. I started planting seeds in Linus/DER/Joey's minds that David was the biggest problem left, but then he won immunity, so we shifted it to his free vote advantage Brit. I now have everyone united together against Kubson and David so ideally that would be the next two targets. I believe right now we're going for Kubson first because he has a better underdog story to plead to the jury, as opposed to David who literally went from having power to not having power by a tiny little flip from me. Hopefully people don't realize just how much power I hold right now, because if I can just get through David and Kubson I can probably work my way into final three, ideally with DER who hasn't really had a mind of his own most of the game and just stuck with me and the Quellons before the Brit vote, which I pushed him into doing. I think I have a solid chance at winning this unless it turns out that move was too early. Guess we'll find out soon

First off, let me say I never expected to win that immunity lol. I was just scrolling through the times like "36 minutes... wait I beat that... 33 minutes... wait I beat that too... OMG DID I ACTUALLY WIN THAT???" Anyway, I'm trying right now to flip the vote onto Kubson instead of David. I think that Kubson is a much bigger jury threat than David at the moment, while they're about equal in challenges. My ideal boot order at this point would be Kubson -> David -> Linus if it's F3, Joey if F2 -> Linus if F2. I flipped to save Linus, and I want to keep him around as long as possible because I know I have his vote whenever I need it. However, he's probably the biggest threat to win out of anyone left in the game, so I really don't want to take him to FTC if I don't have to. Joey and DER are by far the weakest players left with Brit's elimination so ideally I can take one or both of them to the finals. I do have a close alliance with DER so that's my ride or die right now. I'm not gonna vote yet just in case people argue with me and want David out, but you can expect it before time's up, don't worry

Kubson is talking to me for the first time, wow! Saying all this stuff about how Linus is gonna beat me and Kubson isn't a jury threat. The thing is, Kubson, you are a jury threat and told me in that conversation that you have two votes locked and a high chance at two more, not counting anyone in the final 6. That's why I have to vote for Kubson

I had a hunch David had an idol! I specifically made him think that he was the target that tribal in case he or Kubson had an idol and played it on David. I'm so proud of myself after that play tbh. I'm in charge of this game right now and I just hope that no one realizes it

Despite what I said at tribal I do feel kinda nervous about winning three immunities but at the same time if I win all of them up to the FTC it's another good thing to add to my resume. After a lot of debating, I'm gonna solidify my final three plan with DER and Linus and vote for David next. He played a strong game, but too strong. I can't let him get to the end. It's risky taking Linus to the end with me, so if it's an F2 I'm definitely taking DER, but when it comes down to it I want to reward loyalty and he and DER are the only ones who have helped me at every turn. Sorry David

I'm actually hoping that David has another idol that he plays tonight, if I'm being honest. It would let me get Linus out without having his blood on my hand, as well as give me an easy target for the next tribal. I'm scared tomorrow will go to a firebreaker if David leaves, me/Joey vs DER/Linus. I'm just hoping that when DER said he would be loyal to me he meant it.

Fun fact: although having a majority of original Quellon members was what kept me safe through the merge, I was the driving force behind all three other post-merge Quellon members leaving (well PG was everyone's decision but I was definitely an advocate for it)

I'm really disappointed in myself that I couldn't win that challenge. FWIW though, I did the math and even if I had submitted my picture the moment I took it without the imgur issues I still would've lost to Joey by a little over a minute, so I only have myself to blame for that. I do think I'm the person who has the highest chance at winning if I make it to FTC but at this point I think I'm getting Linus's vote and possibly Der's as well. I trust Joey to write Linus with me though, and that gives me a 2-2 tie where I think I can beat Linus. Fingers crossed at this point!

When it comes down to it, I'm pretty satisfied with being the final juror. It puts me in a position where I can honestly argue that I was the best player in this game without being like Aubry and losing at FTC. I get to join the ranks of Rob C 1.0, Kathy VO 1.0, Wentworth 2.0, Cirie 2.0... Who wouldn't be satisfied with that?
