This is where you will post your confessionals throughout the season. Only you, the host, and moderators who are trusted by myself can see these up until the game has ended. Please make sure to post in here at least once a round detailing your thoughts, alliances, plans, etc.

As cliche as it sounds, I think we need to keep the returning player around (I think his name is Joey?). He's got experience when it comes to these games, and he's a valuable asset, at least for now.

I message Christian about the vote, and he says that we should "get to know each other first" Hahahahahaha. I told him that I agreed so not to rub him the wrong way, but in my head I think it's a bunch of malarkey! C'mon bro, smarten up!

So the plan at the moment is to vote out Ashley. Makes sense, she's shown very little interest that she wants to play. Unless my tribe is conspiring behind my back to get me out...paranoia is starting to kick in. Welcome to Survivor!

Christian is really going hard at tribal council. It would make you think that he is the returning player hahaha. I was at work during the immunity challenge so it's not like I could drop everything I was doing to focus solely on this. But like I said earlier at least I showed up haha half of the tribe wasn't even there!

Survived the first vote. PHEW. What a relief. Let's try and win this next challenge.

So the next Immunity Challenge gets posted, and myself and digwoman are the only members of our tribe online. I went ahead and took the initiative of handing out the various jobs to the different tribe mates. My fear, however, is that by doing so I would be coming off as too bossy, but my reasoning is that, given our last Immunity Challenge performance, someone needed to step up and take the lead, for the betterment of the whole tribe.

I'm not sure whether or not I can trust Christian. So far he's been nothing but "Mr. Nice Guy" but it's very possible that he's playing me. It all could just be in my head, or maybe my suspicions are telling me what I need to hear. Earlier in the week Alex (digwoman) and I discussed perhaps forming a three person alliance with the two of us and Christian, so if that does happen I'll just have to rock with it.

I just found the HIDDEN IMMUNITY IDOL! Holy crap!
This is huge! I needed this! Oooooo, ooooooo. Hahahahahahaha.
Now to tell my alliance (digwoman) or not to tell is the dilemma I now face. I could tell him, taking a page out of the Stephen Fishbach school of thought that idols can be used as bonding tools. Or I could not tell anyone, like a Jeremy Collins in Cambodia. I'm leaning toward the Jeremy strategy. But anything can happen.

Another Immunity Challenge loss, another Tribal Council to go to.
So I decided to tell Alex aka digwoman that I have the idol, kind of in a Malcolm-Denise type way. I REALLY HOPE this doesn't backfire on me, but I feel I can trust him, and that our bond will grow stronger because of it.

Oddly enough, I'm beginning to feel like I can trust Christian. Through the process of all this scrambling, my vibe on Christian is becoming more and more solid. I think he just wanted to play slow to start.
On the other hand, I'm beginning to doubt Alex a little bit. I have a feeling he's working with Joey. No clear evidence, but rather, a gut feeling. Once again, this could just be all in my head.
To be continued.

So the current word on the street is that Joey is trying to get me out, which is funny because I'm trying to get him out. All four of us besides Joey have agreed upon voting him out, but you can never be too sure. The plot thickens.

Another vote down, another where I'm still in the game. I was worried that my tribe wouldn't stick to their word of voting out Joey, but we did just that. This vote really gave me a good sense of where the votes lie in this tribe.
On top of that, I still have an idol in my pocket which I didn't have to play.
All in all I'm thankful and relieved to have survived another vote.

I guess it was all in my head. Survivor and its paranoia will do that to you.

3rd Immunity Challenge in the books. In usual Apiao fashion, all four of us didn't even show up. Alex aka digwoman had to pick up his brother or something. Dammit. We really could've used his help. Another set of eyes and fingers to unscramble the words. Just gotta hope that the other tribes do worse than us, but that's highly unlikely. Probably going to our third Tribal Council in a row.
On the bright side, I got all 25 of my words (we had a list of 100, and we split it evenly amongst the 4 of us). I was definitely the MVP of this challenge for Apiao. I know Kubson and Christian both got misspelled words.
I just really want to win a freaking challenge already.

While awaiting the results of the Immunity Challenge, Christian and I have been messaging back and forth. He initiated the conversation, but I felt it was necessary to keep it active. I'm asking him about his interests (tennis, for example) to really get that bond tight and make a genuine connection. In my mind he's gonna be someone I need down the line, a solid vote in my pocket that hasn't betrayed me thus far.
But like I've said before and I'll say again, I'm REALLY hoping we can get a win on this most recent Immunity Challenge. It would be nice to not have to vote someone out. My ideal scenario is that Apiao would win, or at least not lose, the next two IC's, because I'm anticipating a tribe swap/switch up at 14 people left. Hopefully however the shakedown goes all of us Apiao's can survive and make it to the merge, then reunite and dominate. But like all things Survivor, the legend Mr. Rob Mariano himself said that the person that adapts to change best ultimately has the best chance at winning.

So some guy named Duncan from the Quellon Tribe messaged me wanting to "introduce himself" and "wish Apiao luck" or some sh*t.
RED FLAG HIGH ALERT RED FLAG HIGH ALERT
I kept it cool, told him thanks, and kept it real chill. I may need this guy down the line so I'm gonna keep this line of communication open and jovial. But I don't trust this guy. As far as I know this is the first cross-tribe interaction, at least the first that I've had. At this point I'm Apiao strong. He's gotta realize that messaging someone from another tribe may come off as playing too aggressively, playing too hard too fast. I see what he's trying to do. He's trying to open doors that weren't otherwise open. It's very possible that he's at the bottom of Quellon, and this is an act of desperation, trying to see if he's got options elsewhere. Or on the flip side, it's very possible that he's running the show over there just as I feel I'm running the show on Apiao. I have no idea of knowing – by the simple fact that I'm not on Quellon.
So for now, I'm gonna be cool with this dude. I may need him just as I suspect he may need me.
But my guard is up.

OH MY GOD APIAO WON IMMUNITY
You mean I don't have to vote someone out tonight? You mean I don't have to worry about whether or not I should play my idol? You mean I don't have to scramble for hours leading up to Tribal Council?
This is a great feeling, honestly. I hope we can keep this winning momentum going. Definitely a new feeling for us at Apiao. I gotta let this soak in for at least a little bit. I busted my a** in the Immunity Challenge, like I said above I was the only one on my tribe to get all 25 of my words. It feels nice to be on the winning side of things for once.
