ELIMINATION WEEK 1 - MORSE CODE RECOVERY
Welcome everyone to the first elimination of UCXI. This is going to be short and sweet because I'm tired and sleepy.
Luke and Jacob were our first contenders for this elimination.
Luke was the last chosen in the Chain Voting and decided to go against Jacob. He also got to pick the Random Card for this mission and selected Card #2, which was MORSE CODE RECOVERY.
Here were the instructions for their elimination.
For this elimination I am going to give you a simple WORD SEARCH and a word bank with people’s names. Your job is to find what is hidden in the WORD SEARCH. HOWEVER the names that I give you are not what you are searching for. It’s their PARTNERS names you are looking for. So I hope you know your pairings from the Challenges. Once you have found all the words the letters that you DID NOT USE, will form a phrase (this is reading from top left to right and then next line down top left to right and so on). That blanks (words) to that phrase are the third image I am giving you. ANY QUESTIONS?
THE ANSWER: Congratulations, You have completed the puzzle and the elimination, but is it enough??
Luke completed the Challenge in 1:11:56 with an incorrect phrase annnnnnnnnnnd.......
Jacob finished the Elimination in 34:57 with a correct phrase answer!!!!
Which means Jacob has won the first elimination of UCXI. Congrats Jacob, you get to stay here in New Zealand. Meaning Luke, I'm really sorry to see you leave. I can't wait for you to participate on more UC's to come.
Look for Mission 2 coming tomorrow!!! |
