Audry and Liz are both supposedly trans. I'm not buying it completely, would feel like BB would promote the crap out of it with the Caitlyn Jenner stuff.

I'm all about equality, but I would totally be against a trans HG on Big Brother. First of all, I feel like their edit would include something along the lines of "I'm such a strong person and a fighter because I overcame the adversity of being trans in this world." That's just not a fair edit. A lot more common people would feel gravitated towards them. I feel like it'll be one of those situations where anytime they can bring it up, they would. I wouldn't mind a cross dressing gay dude like Contessa or Gary from BB Can, but it seems like a complete cop out to just capitalize on all the trans hype in the world right now by CBS IF they were to cast someone like that. Cast people who are interesting. Not people who are different just because they fit a certain stereotype or whatever. Disclaimer: I don't hate trans people so please don't bash me. Thank you. |

You didn't say anything wrong, I agree. And, it's just rumor, people looking at features/hearing voices right now, they could just be manly chicks. Would be coincidence-y af, but it's possible.

Just based on the bio's and interviews I like Meg(?),Shelli, Da'vonne, Audrey(?), Austin, Steve, and Jace. John is so f*cking creepy and weird but the guy seems entertaining. Where did they even find him? I'm thinking he's just going to be the first evicted from the house because of how creepy he is.

I'll be totally fine with her as long as her being transgender doesn't become a main focus in her story on the show. I still think it's a cheap way to grow your audience though.

It shouldn't matter, it shouldn't be something that were told to remember every other confessional, it shouldn't be the reason somebody was cast just so they could full a role. It should always be about interesting people and strong players. So far, that's not how BB is treating it (as some extremely important point), and that's great. |

Im saying exactly what Outlast said. This seems like the type of thing BB would milk until her eviction. As long as she has more to her character than her just being a transgender, I'm OK with it. If it keeps viewers watching/keeps the show running longer, I'm all for it. I just don't like the very convenient timing of the situation. |
