Are we gonna stay on one topic for a few days or can we discuss multiple ones at once?

How about this one:
How great of a game did Cochran actually play in Caramoan?
He seems to get a lot of praise for his gameplay and is loved by Jeff and production...but I don't really get it. I honestly think Sherri and even Dawn played better games than he did, and this is coming from someone who finds Dawn extremely annoying.

Sherri was horrible when addressing the jury and dawn pissed to many people off. I don't get it, you say Russell is not deserving because of his social gameplay but Dawn and Sherri are when there social gameplay is much worse than Cochrans?

I think Cochran deserved to win, but I do not get the big deal about him. He didn't play that outstanding of a game, and Dawn seemed to form more relationships than him, however, she broke a lot of them which hurt her. Sherri is underrated. She ran the game up until the tribe swap, which by the way is not a super easy thing to do when you're old on a tribe full of 20 somethings. Then she managed to get herself to the end by aligning herself with the right people. It's easy to say she was dragged to the end without having to do anything, but she was the only fan to make it to the end, and the only fan who actually was aware of what was happening in the game to make it past the final eight. She joined the merged tribe in a severe disadvantage while the favorites had complete control. She knew her only way to make the end was to latch herself to favorites and try to make it to the end that way. She was the smartest Fan and if she was given the advantage that Dawn and Cochran had going into the merge, I full believe that she would be considered a Survivor great right now. He did great with the jury though. I mainly mean based on gameplay before the jury. And by the way, none of the final three treated the jurors badly before the final tribal council besides voting them out at one point, so this is not comparable to Russell. Russell is a troll, and Sherri was a b*tch because Erik is also a troll.

I agree with Sherri being a great player, never said she was bad. You said she was more of a deserving winner and she is not because of how terribly she addressed the jury and most of Cochrans friends happened to be on jury and he pissed none of them off. I havent seen Samoa or HvV yet so I'm going off of what people have said about Russell. Cant really argue much here

I think the favorites had a much easier road to the final tribal than the fans did and for Sherri to get to the end...I'm much more impressed by her journey than his. However, her jury management was god awful so she definitely did not deserve to win after that, which sucks. However, I do not think she would have won anyways because there were so many bitter narcissists(including my mancrush Malcolm) on the jury, so I was glad she just sassed them back. It made good TV haha

Can we talk about how terrible Caramoan was? Rewatched it and damn, the editing is terrible and it's like you're watching robots play survivor. Reunion was awful, too.

Malcolm is one of my all time favorite players but he is definitely overrated.
I agree that Caramoan sucked. You would hope that with returning players mixed with fans of the show, a season would have extra drama, power shifts and excellent strategic gameplay, but the favorites made the game so boring by not even debating doing something to shake up the game. Except for Malcolm who knows what the viewers want. That's why he got America's favorite and not any of you other a**hole favorites.
EDIT: Also because girls find him attractive but that's not my point.

Honestly what annoyed me was how Phillip/Brandon dominated premerge, people like Erik/Brenda go little to no screen time, we didn't even get to see different characters, the only fans I remember are Shamar, Reynolds, Sherri, and Eddie. We didnr get to see how strong relationships were like Brenda/Dawn or Corinne/Dawn. I will also never get over Corinne NOT making the jury and spending time on Rudy and Rob, while half of your cast isn't even on the stage at the reunion...such bullsh*t.

I know it was preplanned for the first person voted off to not make jury but seriously, I do not condone rigging things btw, but they should have just changed it to a 9 person jury and nobody would have known. Her jury speech would have been epic because she had a reputation to uphold.

Best player to never win? I would go with Russell or Rob C from what I've seen. Haven't seen Fairplay's season but I heard he was good.

There's also Cirie and Kathy. I don't think either of them have ever done enough to be the Sole Survivor. My vote definitely goes to Rob C. And then I think I'd say Stephen from Tocantins or Coach on whatever the last season he was on.
