I heard that Elka had actually disqualified in that gauntlet and that's why she jumped. But on the episode they just said that Cara won I saw that too but I always thought it was bullsh*t. It looked like Elka just hit Cara so hard that she lost her balance like Auto said. But that was one questionable lost.

I think after Rivals II, Emily will claim number one. Physically (height, muscle mass, weight) she's a female beast. Mentally, she is tough and doesn't breakdown. I've never seen Emily unstable or lose it. I have in Ev, but she is still strong. I think Ev would lose against Emily in physical one on one.
Ruthie, Rachel, and Emily are my favorite top female competitors. I've never really enjoyed Ev on challenges. I started liking her on Rivals 1.
Cooke is someone else we should be watching out! Hopefully she brings it.

Why was Elka disqualified?

Why was Elka disqualified? I think it was something about her stepping over a line that she wasn't supposed to step over... I don't remember exactly. I think I had read it in one of Miz's blogs that he used to write after each episode aired

I think there are top girls for everything that a challenger needs. Physical, mental (puzzles), fearlessness, social, and endurance, For me they are;
Physical - Emily - She is 5 for 5 for elimination, has dominated all her eliminations, been in every final for a challenge she has been on. She is just all around a very strong girl.
Puzzles - There are a lot of people I could say would fit this, such as Paula, Sarah, Diem, I can't chose just one.
Fearlessness - Camila - A lot of challengers such as Cara Maria, Aneesa, and Mark have called her one of the most fearless person they have met during the challenge. When you watch her in the Challenge she doesn't look phased by anything.
Social - I would say it's a tie between Jenn and Paula. Both make it pretty far in the challenges.
Endurance - KellyAnne based off The Island and The Ruins, Ruthie actually has pretty good endurance, along with Sarah G and Irulan based off of their Gauntlet

Evelyn's Island performance was quite impressive though. Emily has the competitive nature and the physical abilities but has yet to stand out in missions. Evelyn's Island performance consisted of jumping over gaps (which she beat lackluster Tyrie and Dan) and then beating very mediocre competitors in the final faceoff (KellyAnne, Dan, Johanna) by holding your breath while holding a weight. I think you're honestly giving her too much credit for this season. She just won at the most pertinent times (just TWICE), beating not so decent competitors (at the time). If you're giving her tons of credit, it should only really be for social game. This is actually true. Her Island performance wasn't anything astonishing. Like Brooke said, she was able to jump across a gap and to hold her breath. While they were both notable wins, they weren't anything massively impressive. The Island is not a season that should be used when saying someone had a standout season performance. They hardly had any competitions and when they did only three people did them.

A lot of the top female competitors were and are strong and athletic as well.

Paula is not weak. There's a difference between underrated and weak.

I'd have to actually go through each mission and keep track, but overall I believe Paula outperformed Evelyn on the Inferno 3. If not, she was very close to even. That's not weak in my opinion.

So now all of a sudden all of Evelyn's standout performances aren't impressive enough? Well what are Emily's standout performances? Evelyn made KellyAnne (who people have considered strong) look pathetic on the Ruins, she beat Laurel in the climbing mission on Rivals, and she carried the guys bag on FM2 in two exile wins with arguably the weakest male on the cast on her team. How is that not more impressive than beating Cara Maria and Paula in physical eliminations?

I'll say it one more time...I never said Emily was better than Evelyn because she's not as of now. I was only showing that Paula is not a "weak competitor" by any means.

I agree she's not weak, but she's not strong either. She stands no chance against any top tier female in a physical elimination, neither does Cara Maria.

I think Evelyn's overall attitude is more impressive than her actual performances on the Island, considering she went against weak competitors for the most part.

Paula isn't one of the weakest females to compete on the challenge, but lately she hasn't even been average, she's been bad.

This is true, but I believe The Challenges are a lot more physically demanding now than they were during the times of The Gauntlet. Emily has performed very well in the missions themselves. Yes it's true she's only beaten Naomi, Paula twice, Cara, and Melinda, but I believe if she had to go against someone like Evelyn or Rachel who are deemed the strongest by some cast members, she could do very well.
