I agree but at the same time, she has been trying so hard and she's getting absolutely nothing back from Joel who seems to be the one who has just given up. However if the previews for next week's episode mean anything, things are looking good!
And I think Sydney has to be my least favourite character on the show. What a whiney little brat! My parents would have never let me get away with throwing temper tantrums like she does

Yeah that was annoying. I see tons of kids get what they want by doing that though. I would have never gotten away with that either. I usually like Sydney though. She's very annoying lately though. And since when did she want to be with Julia more than Joel?? It's always been the opposite I feel like.

A lot of kids have trouble dealing with their parents splitting up. She doesn't like the change and doesn't like the fact that he's moved out of the house. She's used to being in her own home... being at Joel's, she's not used to her surroundings there... Kids are just stubborn that way.
That's just my opinion though. I have never been in that situation and I am not a psychiatrist but that would be my guess.

I actually loved this last episode and idk really why lol. It wasn't that climactic or anything. And Zeek is the best.

I know!! He really is!
The whole show is like that though... there is never really anything overly exciting that happens but there is something about it that just keeps me interested and entertained. I really do think it's because it is so relatable

That's why it's so good. It's natural drama that is so relatable and makes you interested.
I seriously will feel like my life is incomplete when this show is finally over because I won't know how all of their lives turned out till the end.

Everyone wants to be a part of the braverman family!
Jason Katims does a really good job at getting you so wrapped up in the lives of these characters. Friday night lights was the same way

Hahah I actually want to see Julia and the teacher happen! I love Joel and all but he's being a d*ck and she has been trying so hard to make things right but he's shutting her out. There is only so much that she can do

I want her and Joel to get back together, and yeah he was being a jerk, and should start trying to work on things again if he really cares, but at the same time, Julia shouldn't be going on dates with stupid Ed or hooking up with Mr. Knight. She's definitely going to regret doing that.
I also noticed that the ratings are going back up again. This week got 4.4 million viewers which is the highest rated episode of the season apart from the premiere. If it keeps going up until the finale, I think it could get renewed.

Haven't watched the newest episode yet, but I saw the commercial for the finale and wtf...Haddie is a lesbian now?? Should be interesting. I'm just glad they brought her back though. The writers treat her like she doesn't exist.

After watching Captain America, I've realized that Natalie from this season looks so much like Scarlett Johansen

A lot of tv shows tend to do that though... someone leaves the show and they are hardly ever mentioned or seen again. I think with her, when she left, they weren't sure if she would return again so I guess it doesn't make that much sense to write her into any storylines. I realize that they can still mention her every once in a while but if she's not part of the storyline, it wouldn't make much sense to do it.
And if Monica Potter HAS to win something at some point for her role on this show! She is just absolutely amazing and her performance this week was absolutely incredible!

I will die a little inside if that was the final episode of the series...they need to give the fans a warning, so I'm hoping it'll get renewed. Plus, they aren't allowed to have a final scene of the show without the entire family together.

It's not going to be up to them... It's a matter of if the show gets renewed or not. They had to make an episode like that where they kind of wrap things up fairly nicely just in case but I feel like they will come back. I was disappointed that Julia and Joel had such a nice moment earlier in the episode but then he wasn't at dinner. It just didn't seem right!

They don't even know. I'm saying NBC should give a warning, and I feel like they will so hopefully it does get renewed, at least for a final season. Same. It wasn't a fully happy moment with them all at the table because Joel wasn't there

www.deadline.com/2014/05/parenthood-renewed-season-7-nbc/I don't really know what to think of this :/ I'm glad we get another season, but it's really sad that it's the final season. Wish it got more appreciation during its run because I think it definitely is going to end up being one of those shows where people watch it on Netflix and all wonder why it wasn't popular... Also wish it got a 22 episode final season, but at least it'll make the 100 episode count

I can't believe it's already going into it's seventh season. It doesn't seem like it's been on that long. I'm glad they are getting one more season, even if it isn't going to be a full 22 episode season. I know they wrapped everything up pretty nicely at the end of this season but I think now that they know it's going to be the final one, they can wrap up everything and give everyone the happy endings they deserve... basically, I just want them to figure out this whole Joel and Julia thing and finally have them back together with him sitting right beside her at the family dinner table!
