^I mean there have been times where I wish we got a different winner and couldn't stand the outcome, but I've never seen someone lose and think they should have won when they didn't. The jury voting for people to win will always be a prime principle of the game and if you can't convince them to vote for you at FTC, then that's on you. Imo of course.
This was to Cole btw

Yeah I'm assuming they just gave Aubry the fan favorite edit and undersold Michele a tad. I mean she made it to the end and lost to Michele so that alone is saying her social game was not as good as the edit would lead us to believe. I mean we're told Jason and Scot respect her and admire her a lot, but then they don't vote for her? Aubry also did not have total control at all, see how Debbie was the one putting together the Liz boot and then the faux Julia vote just ruined trust with the others heading to merge and was going out 11th if not for a medevac. No shade or anything Nate, but do you honestly think the jury got this wrong? Haven't you always supported the jury never being wrong? The jury is never wrong because it's up to them to decide how they want to vote, and I never said they were wrong. But Scot and Jason were c*nts, probably the most immature two jurors I have ever seen in the history of the show and I really feel bad for Aubry with how they acted. They were BEYOND bitter and if anyone still thinks bitterness didn't have something to do with the votes...pls watch this ponderosa: They can vote however they want, and they voted for Michelle, so she deserved to win, but it's the closest I've ever gotten to wanting to say that the jury can be wrong because they way those two and even Julia acted towards Cydney and Aubry is so childish and really taints the game of Survivor. It's one thing to be bitter against someone like Russell who completely has it coming, but to be bitter towards people simply because they outplayed you AND when you totally asked for it? Shame

I'm not going to say Michelle didn't deserve to win or that Aubry should have won, but I will say that this is I think without a doubt the most disappointing FTC outcome in the history of the show given how the two women played, and how the jurors used their responsibilities as jurors. I feel bad saying this because Michelle didn't play a bad game by any means, but compared to Aubry, it sucks it turned out this way. Also I've never been a feminist and I'm not proud to pull this card, but I'm going to. I think Aubry and Cydney were given the Kass treatment because they were women who played the game like men but then were shunned for it by the misogynist men in the jury and Julia, the follower. That's a big reason Michelle won it seems. She played a quiet, non-aggressive game and was lucky enough to not know what happened in the Scot vote and therefore didn't have to deal with the wrath of the tools.

Well first I don't think "Kass" treatment is accurate at all since Kass would have been hated regardless of her gender. You could be right, but we're Jason and Scot even looking to drop Cydney? It looked like she turned on them and we never saw them trying to turn on her so I could understand bitter feelings there.

I'm only saying the Kass treatment because she started the whole "woman playing a man's game and being villainized for it" thing, but obviously it's different because Kass didn't play a good game.

I'm staying away from r/Survivor next season. And just any edgic talk in general. It kinda ruined these past two seasons for me.

Let's be real, Michele didn't win because of her social game, she won because the jury doesn't understand you're supposed to vote for the person who played the best game. Jason & Scot were so bitter Aubry outplayed them despite being at the bottom. Nick & Julia are morons but I give them a pass for being beauties. I was the most disappointed in Cydney because she of all people should know all the hard work Aubry did in the game, she seemed bitter Aubry beat her in the fire.
Now I understand why people say Jeff hated this season because obviously an undeserving person won.

I dont like how people on this site read and post in the spoilers thread, then come into the episode discussion thread acting like they don't know stuff that is going to happen. I participated in one of these episode threads and people were talking about how Michelle is getting a "winners edit" so they think she will win... at the time of that episode Michelle was showed like never (was getting no sort of edit) so it kind of spoiled things for me since I put two and two together.

There weren't any spoilers minus Caleb being evacuated. That's more the edgic/editing discussion you're talking about and tbh I can see how that could be irritating, we could always spoiler tag that stuff now if people really don't wanna see it here.

I mean like I said, I felt there was discussion about Michelle receiving a "winner's edit" before she really was at all. Like during an episode where Scot and Jason were still in the game and Michelle was a background character, not being shown at all. I am just saying it kind of spoiled it for me, it seems like I am the only one who feels this way though so I will just avoid the threads since I don't usually come to these threads anyways for this reason.

So apparently Debbie voted for Michele and Nick voted for Aubry along with Joe, didn't see that one coming.
