Nate, explain your thoughts on every vote off. Like what you would've done or why it may have been a bad move for someone to make. If you can't really do it for everyone, then just do it for all the merge tribals. Also, who would you have voted for out of the final 3? this + postgame cast assessment

so y'all mad that y'all got voted out pre-jury? How does saying vova and jimmy deserved to win over you imply that we are mad about being pre-jury votes? Because y'all tryna discredit my win and stuff when you didn't even make it to the merge so how can you say anything about it. I don't even think I ever even talked to either of you in the game anyway so y'all acting like y'all know where my head was at. And like, please drag my game honestly. I welcome it. I'm about to drag my own game even. You can say, oh so and so played a better game, so and so was in charge, but at the end of the day either those people didn't make it to the end or they didn't get the jury votes in the end, which is the only thing that matters. So yes, I didn't play a perfect game but I was the one who was able to get to the final 3 and get the jury votes and that's what counts, not "oh so and so deserved to win over you" well that's not what the jury thought, and they're the most important part of the game in the end.

Nate, was I only the one to found the idol without the use of a clue?
Was I also the first one to find it?
And was my method behind finding the idol correct?
39 days 24 survivors. 39-24=15. Or did I just get lucky.

ANYWAY Now that my damn computer is fixed and I can actually type...
1. Congratulations on winning. How does it feel to be the sixth member of the Winners Elite? THANK YOU NATE! It feels honestly surreal tbh. Like I know I keep saying this but I never thought I would win. Like when you PMed me I was like "Yeah, this'll be a fun thing to do over summer, I'll make some friends, vote some people out, whatever." And then when I saw the cast and all these big names showed up, I was like "Yeah no way I'm winning this. I probably won't even make it to the merge." I was content on making it to the merge, content on making it to 6th (my Tonga placement), content on making it to the finals. But winning? I never thought that would happen!!!
2. How did you expect the votes to fall tonight? Before jury questioning I was optimistic and thought I had a chance of getting at least 4 votes. But then I started reading the questions and thinking logically and I was like, Vova really played a great game. I would be surprised if he didn't win. And that's what I came into this finale thinking, was that Vova won people over and was going to win. I knew I would get a few votes but didn't really think I'd get a majority. Which again is why it was so surprising.
3. Do you think your win proved that Social game is the most important? I don't know if it is the MOST important, but I think I proved that it is more important than people think. People really underestimate playing a good social game. Bout to drag myself here, but my strategic game was obviously poo. Like, read my confessionals, I obviously had no f*cking idea what was going on. I THOUGHT I did but reading the jury questions made me realize I didn't. I was up in there talking bout "my strategy was to lay low and pretend like I wasn't a threat" which is pretty true, but at the same time at that part of the merge I literally had nothing to do and was just waiting to be voted out lmao. And I fully admit that I am not the most strategic person. I don't like making side deals and blindsiding people whereas these are almost expected in Survivor. I'm really naive and I knew people I was supposedly aligned with had other things going on but I thought I was more important to them than I really was. ANYWAY yes so I suck at that yet I still won. How?? Because I'm a nice a** person. I don't backstab, I like to talk to people and get to know them, I STAY IN MY LANE, I do my thing. So yes drag me all you want but at the end of the day I was on good terms with all, if not the vast majority, of the jury WHICH... like I said... is what matters. Because yes Vova played a great strategic game (and Jimmy a good strategic endgame) but pissing off the jurors will not win you anything. And people always forget that. #socialgamematters
4. Did you ever think you'd win this game when it first started? What about throughout the game? Oops kinda already answered this but NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. Never ever. Around the merge I started thinking...hey...maybe this is possible...but then I got in the minority and was just waiting around to be voted out. Once Ricardo was voted out however I thought I had a chance. I made my plea that I suck and no one will vote for me at the end, hoping it would convince people to take me. So then we voted out Magnum and Cole and I was like yessss they think I suck. But then I had to contend with "okay but the jury will think I suck too". So really, I thought it might have been possible but I didn't expect it.
And I'd like to say that even though I love to drag myself and self-deprecate myself, I am proud of the game I played. Yes it had its faults but at the end of the day no one's is perfect. Overall it was strong enough to get me to the end and get me the win so I'm very pleased. 2/3 on this forum with games ya heard

1. What did you think about being put on the Sidelined tribe? Do you think this was a blessing or a curse? Or both?
it was kind of a slap in thr face that was made worse by being voted out so early lol. I liked the idea of playing for redemption though. I think if I went far and was viewed as an underdog it would have been a blessing, but in this case, curse!
2. Why do you think you were targeted so quickly on your tribe?
They were smart to get rid of me because dim clearly the best....is what I wish I could say haha. Honestly I didn't think pre game alliances would be that huge and it was my downfall.
congrats to the winner!

I have a question for you Nate. What was going through your mind when you were deciding on how to find an idol? I'm probably in the majority opinion, that was a terrible idea, an awful one. Especially since I didn't find it lol. Nate, just why? Why did you put yourself in that position lol? Lmao actually it worked out way better than previous seasons idol set up. This allowed anyone to find an idol, and is more similar to the real show. Anyone can stumble on an idol if they're lucky, but the ones who dig deep to find it will find it before the others have a chance to stumble on it. This way of doing the idols is here to stay, at least for one more season.

Sorry I'm late, really haven't logged on much.
1. Why do you think people have the perception that you're not someone they would want to work with? I'm not really too sure. I don't really try to make too many close friendships on here and it seems as though in this game there were cliques just from being close on the website. That definitely worked in my disadvantage. In a new season I would do much better just because obviously there were people that have played plenty of games together and I don't have that. I joined blind and was hoping people would like to keep the authenticity of the game by going in alone as well. I was naive to think that because even in real survivor there are alliances before the game in returning seasons.
2. Do you think things would have gone better for you, had you made the swap?
Well clearly, lol because I didn't even make the swap! But I'm not sure. I think had I got a little closer to merge and kept laying low and allowed people to take shots at eachother then I could've built a repoire and made a push to win. Swap would've certainly helped, because there were obviously pre existing relationships on my tribe that gave me not much of a chance. But had the swap happened I could've at least made short temporary alliances to get me to merge.
Really my lack of friendships, and lack of pre game scheming really worked against me.
Thanks though! I did have fun and felt honored to be considered for all stars... As loose as the term may have been lol.

Eh I'm not going to do this. I didn't play in the game and it would have been based on who I would have been aligned with. As far as who I would have voted for in the F3...how dare you insinuate that I would ever not make the finals, but in all seriousness they all have their good qualities, but tbh I probably would have been in the "vets" alliance and would have voted for Jimmy to win. Plus he's me from BBAS so I can't not vote for my twin.

I see no similarities.
I love jimmy and you both, but you had to win out or else your a** was grass. Jimmy settled himself in between and got there socially with a couple of immunity wins

Ashley found it by guessing the number two times, the second time being her first guess lmao. I don't remember who found it first, but I think it was you. Might have been Dewie. And you just got lucky. That number problem is irrelevant. Only the Giong members figured it out.
